unknown character

Hi Board:

I'm hoping someone can help me identify a couple of characters and name them and the cartoons they appeared in. They were both in looney tunes cartoons I guess, old ones. The first one is a line drawing of a man that moves funny, kind of boneless I would guess. I don't have much memory of the actual cartoon, only that this guy was kind of pudgy and the way he moved. I know not much to go on..... : ( The other one is some animal character, maybe a wolf? and I think he's talking to foghorn leghorn and talks a lot, more than foghorn. he keeps talking and talking and...well, you know. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
