John Delaney's Sketch of the Week #13 1/2

Hey Gang-

Harl's a little busy this week, so she gave me the okay to get this week's Delaney Poll going. I know we're gonna have a blast with it this week. It's being put up much earlier than usual, but we wanted to give you guys lots of time to make your decision in this weeks poll, I don't know about you guys... but I know with all these great choices, I'm going to have a difficult time picking out which one I'd like Mr. Delaney to sketch.

...and, in case you guys miss seeing it, here's Harl's Message, C&Ped for your viewing pleasure =)

Welcome to "John Delaney's Sketch of the Week"!

Out of the kindness of his art, John Delaney is doing something big for the fans - an exclusive weekly sketch for the fans who frequent Toon Zone!

Every week, he will draw a new picture based on the results of the poll. That means that *we* fans choose what the image will be!

The contest will begin every Monday, and end at 5pm the following Friday, giving fans a solid five days to choose. You can only vote ONCE! John will then draw the sketch over the weekend and we'll present at the beginning of the following week. The characters must be animation/comic characters drawn in the Animated style, and if you have any requests for future polls, send me an email with your ideas! Keep an eye out on the Comics Forum for all the latest action!

Sound good? You can also post your thoughts on the poll in this thread.

So...let the voting begin on "John Delaney's Sketch of the Week"!

P.S. Keep on sending those requests in!!! If there's a character you'd like to see back on the poll again, send requests for that too. harley@toonzone.net Make sure to take a look at the Gallery , which collects all the images done for this poll.

VOTE FOR GARY!
Delaney has given us bonus characters in the past, maybe he'll draw Gary with my angel-baby, Angelica from the classic Gary Coleman Show!

VOTE FOR CROC HUNTER

Have a go at this! The Australian Zoo's very own Steve Irwin finally got in after all those requests! GO CROC HUNTER! It would be great to have a sketch of him before the opening of Collision Course. Maybe John could give us a bonus and include Terri Irwin in a shot like the Cowboy Bebop sketch, except they'd be taking down a croc. I see the potential for an amazing action shot. Better than any Supergirl sketch we could get, huh gang? VOTE FOR CROC HUNTER!

Guys, everyone knows that you should only vote for one of the two characters in the lead on the poll, so you know it's between Gary & Croc Hunter.

While I voted for Gary, whoever votes next, please vote for Croc Hunter so that we can keep things tied up until the last minute so we can see a bunch of people cry when their nominee loses at the last second. It's the most fun part about the polls.
