Here he is, ready to conquer the Earth! (Just don't tell the Brain)

Nice! Top notch! Well done!

Now, WHO'S Invader Zim, again?

Brain: I don't know, but I think I could use this sketch to create a scare tactic and try to take over the world!

VERY great use of style! I haven't seen much Invader Zim, but the tone of the series clearly breaks a lot of animation boundaries, and I think you've captured that spirit ideally.

Thanks John.

Ok, I'll admit it, I don't know a thing about Invader Zim. But judging from this sketch, I'll assume he's a very interesting character to draw (one of those, if there is a rule, I'm going to break it, kind of things). Anyway, for a character that looks pretty odd, I must say this is a very nice sketch. As always, John, you do excellent work. It must be interesting getting all these drawings to do that really are so varied in style. How enlightening!

Even though:

a) I just knew that Zim would win

and

b) I voted for Agent Elle

I think that this drawing is terrific.

A small complaint: if Zim's in space, why would he cast a shadow?

OBEY THE FIST, SMELLY HUMANS!!!!!

Great drawing, John. Reminds me of The Brain in that pose, but he also wanted the world.

Only problem with that coloring, mistahj is that you will have to make Delaney's name white in order to see it.

Also I noticed something. Is this why Superman is leaving Earth in this pic?

Well I'm a little sad Selina didn't win, but nonetheless, this is a cool pic Mr Delaney. I don't know much about this cartoon, but the sketch is great.

Excellent pic Mr. Delaney, but where the heck is Gir? Is he off playing the the rubber pigges of doom, or being friends with a squirrel? My pants have a mighty need for Gir!

I missed GIR as well, but Delaney's Zim needs no GIR as he stands majestically and contemplates his prize. Maybe we should have GIR in a future sketch of the week.
