Good day for G.I. Joe fans, for sure. I'm still saving up money to just order "The Complete Series" of the cartoon, though. I was going to pick up Rise of Cobra today, but as I'm contemplating a Blu-Ray player and may be getting one by the end of the week, I'm going to wait and possibly make Rise of Cobra my very first Blu-Ray purchase.

I'm getting GI Joe Resolute, GI Joe 1.2, and if I can find it, Watchmen UE, which seems to be freaking impossible. How could WB drop the ball on a huge release like this?

I just bought G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra on (Blu-ray) $19.99 at Wal-Mart guys, and G.I. Joe: Season 1.2 at Best Buy for $17.99.

I didn't get G.I. Joe: Resolute cause for some reason I don't want it?

I also found out that Thundercats season sets are now $19.99 at Wal-Mart!! I only own Season 1 part 1 and still need the last three sets and for $20 each is way better than $55 I spent on the 1st box set back in 2004.

Target has a deal for the seventh volume of Family Guy for only 12.99 so I'm going to check that out. Plus I'm hitting up G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra and G.I. Joe Resolute.

I got Fraggle Rock: The Final Season.

Incidentally, what do "Buck Rogers" and "A Christmas Carol" refer to, exactly?

A good week! I picked up G.I.Joe: Rise of Cobra and G.I. Joe Resolute. I also ordered Wolverine and the X-Men: Beginning of the End and I'm tempted to pick up the Ruby-Spears Superman DVD. I'm disappointed that Watchmen was pushed back to next week. There's also that Terminator Salvation: Machinima release which is kinda tempting.

I completed my Buffy the Vampire Slayer collection with my purchase of season 5 for $13.94 at Wal-Mart. I've been holding out on buying it anywhere else in favor of waiting for them to get it.

Looks like a Blu-Ray player is on hold until Christmas, so I went ahead today and picked up the single-disc G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra for now, and will just rebuy it on Blu-Ray whenever I get a player. I was too eager to watch it again to wait until Christmas for it.

I picked up Fantastic 4 2 at kmart today for 5 bucks. Since I'm not a hardcore FF fan, the barebones is fine with me.
