Biography:
Born in a graveyard and raised in a garage, Adam was born 'n raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, somehow managing to avoid picking up a Southern accent or a career in the textiles industry. No, Adam develops database-driven web applications for the travel industry, and he occasionally lends his meager programming skills to Toon Zone. Anything else Adam would write about himself in the third-person would probably revolve around DVDs, video games, or other hobbies he can indulge in without leaving his house. So, yeah. If the name sounds familiar, you might know Adam from the eighteen quadraseptazillion message boards he frequents, or maybe from web sites he'd played a hand in like bigwolfoncampus.org or he-man.org.

Biography:
Once upon a time, in a land no so distant, there was a young boy born to a prominent wizarding family... the boy's parents were slain by the hand of the evil Dark Lord. The boy was then left to live with the only family he had...until he was old enough to understand who he really was.
Colin is still not that boy, though it would really make life much more interesting, wouldn't it? Who wouldn't love the ability to point their wand at a door and have it open... or catch fire? Sadly, no matter how much I try, that branch I cut off the tree in the front yard just isn't working... I'm just getting strange looks from the neighbors when I yell "AVADA KEDAVRA" at them...

Biography:
Got hooked into "Batman" at a very early age and that spun itself into a dozen other interests and hobbies, including movies, writing, drawing, and comic collecting. I started up "The World's Finest Message Boards" on September 20th, 1998, and "The World's Finest" site followed quickly afterwards. After a few years of jumping from server to server, I settled down with "Toon Zone" and I've been apart of this great community ever since.
I currently help run "The World's Finest" and "WF DVD Report," as well as act as administrator, reporter and moderator.

Biography:
Last pup of a dying planet, a young German Shepherd is rocketed to Earth, where he is bombarded by cosmic gamma rays emitted by a radioactive spider. Crash-landing in the forgotten land of Hubba Hubba, he is discovered by the Who-You-Callin'-Ancient One and his lovely wife Pookie. Instilled with their traditional American values, he spends his young adulthood roaming the globe, learning all the secrets of Comic-Fu. Donning battle armor fashioned from spilled chemicals splashed by lightning, he becomes the Sensational Shield of Sequential Art ACE THE BATHOUND! Look, it sounds a lot better than the truth. Born in Brooklyn, moved to Queens at 3 and then New Jersey at 10. Throughout high school, college, grad school, and gainful employment, two things have remained constant: 1) I am a colossal nerd, and 2) I have spent far too much time reading comics, and then reading and writing about them. Currently working as a financial programmer in New York City, while continuing to discover all the wonderful little surprises (and expenses) of owning your a home in the suburbs. Shares the above with a beautiful, wonderful, and incredibly understanding wife named Frances (who, thankfully, participates in most of my silly hobbies) and a large furry dog named Brownie (who, sadly, does not).

Biography:
Well, I look nowhere near 19; I look like a little kid. You should see me standing besides an eight grader. I'm small. I'm smart, but I'm lazy about doing things...I'm single; haven't been able to find my type of guy yet.
Anyway, I'm nice; I hardly bite. But sometimes, that chronic low self-esteem sets in and ooh, you're not gonna like me.
Not that you care... >=[
Anyway, I finally finished Project Zero on the... 19th of May, 2005. Now I just gotta get people to read it. I've worked on it for four years damn it, and I want people to know that my work will NOT go unnoticed. Jesus, people, 90 pages will NOT kill you. Maybe if I put "inspiration gathered from Metal Gear"... or I have to physically strap them to the chair with heavy duct tape and threaten them with a knife.
Nah.
No matter. I've got someone that's gonna do my evil bidding. *bwahahaha*
They may hate us for doing it, but it's all in the name of writing. You have to get dirty sometimes. ;)
*Generally, I'm not this evil, this is just the writer side of me. I'm so devious sometimes. -_-*
And the sideeffects are: WIM (Woe is Me), WGAD/WGAF (Who gives a damn/flip) TTW (forgot what it stood for), WR (Writer's Relunctance). Also, bouts of aforementioned + depression.
Yeah, just laugh at me. =[
Side note: Well, as of 6/17/05, Project Chaos is a go! I'm so giddy! m^_^m
05/07/07 - Project Chaos is finished. Epsilon.... well that's just another story in itself.

Biography:
I'm a professional artist currently burrowing my way through the video games industry relatively undetected.
I've sipped a soupçon of journalism in my time and gorged upon a fatty wedge of music gateaux. I'm also the prime motivator of the BacktoFrankBlack campaign - it's sort of like being Skeletor without Snake Mountain, the furry groinal pouch and meandering underlings. I do have the pale face, camp posture and unbitten fingernails though..

I'm a big cartoon nut, and have a semi-active imagination. I'm hoping to become a novelist and get a few of my works turned into animated series (hopefully Toonami). I've been a Toonami fanboy since day one, March 17, 1997.
Bah, I have no idea what to say for these things. :P
I guess I should say that I am a Moderator for the Toonami and Anime Forums as well as a Reviewer here at Toon Zone (It's "Toon Zone," not "Toonzone" or "ToonZone"!), and will usually be found in any topic that has the words "Pokémon" or "Gundam" in it.

Moderator:
, The DC Animation Forum, The Drawing Board, The Marvel Animation Forum
Biography:
I'm a mod of the DC, Drawing Board and Marvel Animation Forums, and act as Webmaster of The Marvel Animation Age, the biggest and best Marvel Animation site online. The fact it's practically the only Marvel Animation site online is merely coincidence. I also help out on The Worlds Finest website, but I didn't get a fancy title there.
In January 2004 I launched the first Marvel Animation Age with Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, with Spider-Man: The Animated Series following shortly after. Upon realising how hideous they were, I decided to revamp them and do a proper job of it, thanks to the help of Bird Boy, my loyal but somewhat perverted sidekick. Since then, nearly every Marvel cartoon has been added with more to follow in the future.
I'm also a reporter/reviewer/interview for Toon Zone News, because it looks good in a profile, and it's cool that I can officially call myself an Anchorman. I also help out on the drawing board, offering advice to people who can outdraw me with their eyes closed and occasionally post my own artwork in hopes of improving it.
When not on Toon Zone, I like to do the same stuff that everyone else likes to put in their profiles, watch TV, read comics, buy numerous DVDs as well as enjoy the company of enchanting ladies whilst socialising. Oh, and pub quizzes. I like pub quizzes - one day, I’ll win one!
Anything else you wanna know, go ahead and ask.

, The Story Board, World's Finest Writer's Corner, World's Finest RPG, World's Finest Workshops
Biography:
Things just haven't been the same since cosmic light. Thanks to the Doors and acid rock, I haven't thought in the normal pattern for years now. I freelance for a local paper, issuing harsh reviews and talking down to the idiots of my generation. It's likely they put me in the wrong box with insufficient postage, and it got lost in the mail, and instead of showing up in time for Woodstock 1969, I arrived in the era of the debacle that was Woodstock 1999.
I have intentions of getting an acting or a writing gig somewhere outside of the boonies, which is where I'm at, unfortunately. Currently in the works are a historical novel, a nonfiction history book, a series of short stories, and a movie script. Actingwise, I was the assistant director for a production of West Side Story and chopped off all my hair to play the role of Action-boy (it was almost an all-girls cast). I cut a couple of album tracks at band camp ("this one time, at band camp...." is how all my good stories start). I've become very attached to my PS2 lately and am currently into MOH, FF, and Devil May Cry.
Please tip the starving artist on your way out; she has to pay for her Renaissance Faire garb somehow.

The Penguin |
|
Moderator:
, The DC Animation Forum, DVD Discussion, The Entertainment Board
Biography:
A South Dakota native who spent some time in Indiana, The Penguin stumbled upon Toon Zone in the Fall of 2001 while looking for info on the then-upcoming Justice League and surfed around the site. He felt left out not being able to participate in the discussions going on in the forums, so he signed up and now he just won't leave!
As a mod of The Entertainment Board and the TZ Crew's resident "wrestling fanatic," Pengy likes to think of himself as "The Unofficial World Wrestling Entertainment Moderator" and has actually gotten other people to go along with it.
The Mod of Fowl Play is also a big fan of all things Batman, Star Wars and Star Trek. Penguin really enjoys going to movies and watching TV, which manages to keep him pretty busy on top of whatever it is he should be doing (or some would say instead of it). He once bought a Nintendo GameCube, but gets so busy with other things he's pretty much forgotten everything except how to plug it in. He has a degree in Journalism and uses it well by working in the college housing field. Of course that is just until he begins his career with World Wrestling Entertainment (maybe).

Moderator:
, The toonzone - General Animation Discussion
Biography:
A man of few words and imposing stature, Lonestarr was born some 25 years ago in the sleepy (almost comatose) burg of Buffalo, NY. Lonestarr discovered Toonzone by accident. It was while reading a news report at another message board that Lonestarr learned of Toonzone's existence. As with any message board, Lonestar found his share of people who possessed interesting opinions and a gift for fine writing...as well as those people who you can't imagine how they received internet access. In November 2002, the unexpected happened: Lonestarr was asked to become a moderator, something that Lonestarr still can't believe. Speaking of the unbelievable, Lonestarr has become: a) a college graduate, and b) gainfully employed. Lonestarr ultimately wants to make films. If anyone has a problem with Lonestarr's overuse of the third person, Lonestarr will kick your butt. That's about it, really.
