Sealab 2021, A Family Affair?

While watching my tape of Tornado Shanks, I noticed that Michael Goz is listed in the credits. I assume he's related to Harry Goz in some way, and perhaps was the voice of Tornado Shanks, though I'm not definite on that. Do you think they'd replace Harry Goz with his son or another relative?

They said on the card after Sealab that Micheal Goz(Harry's Son) voiced Tornado Shanks.
