Another ghost-related episode tonight. Obviously a battle on an island with spirits. Probably the fake ones from last week again. We all know the knights will beat them and put them in their place. Yep.

Tonight's was a good episode. No bad puns (unless you count the ones with Dolphin). The knights eventually beat everyone while one knight was beaten at a time in the "eliminate one person at a time" fashion. The gold cloth won the battle for Seiya by hitting (I forget her name) in the head and breaking her cloth. I guess the gold helmet is on the side of good. That'll make it hard for the villains.

These previous two episodes, along with a handful of others involving more made up Saints, are easily considered to be the worst episodes of Saint Seiya. I don't think even a fan of the series is willing to defend them. At least I've never found one that doesn't admit that they're horrible. (Most would like to pretend they don't exist)

I'm sure shows you like have had less than stellar episodes made; it's the law of averages. It all depends on whether or not you're willing to look past filler like this, or if it turns you off too much to give the rest of the show a chance. Either way, it's not a big deal. I guess I'm just trying to assert that this is one of Saint Seiya's low points.

In episode 1(uncut) Seiya was getting his behind kicked by Shina, he refused to fight back because "A man cannot fight a woman with his full spirit, it's wrong"

Then when he beats Geist he kills her off with a Ryuseiken ON HER BACK while SHE'S DOWN!.

On the rest, I agree, this is one of the worst fillers. But I hate the filler with the disciples of Shaka as much as this one.

Ugh. Add me to the group that thinks the Shaka's disciples are just as bad as the Ghost Saints :p. Especially when it was aired in the middle of great episodes.
