A list would be fine. I just don't see why they would waste time and money on things that they know would be banned anyway. Especially with "Cow and Chicken." A number of episodes were either edited or banned.

well, to start off, there was one with a lot of whizzing references that hasn't aired since its primary air, not sure if that's banned, but 'buffalo gals' kinda was due to racist undertones, in cow and chicken.
It's likely the episode of grim and mandy where they cease to exist by un-aging back to when they were fetuses, then back into nothingness, will be a likely ban as well.
a few downer episodes, like the one where the ppg was framed, and still had to stay in jail though they cleared their names, should be banned just cause it's a true downer. also, it's not likely a very special blossom will air as well again for similar reasons.
as for other series, there are rumors that dexter's lab had an in-house video made parodying south park that couldn't air unless, maybe on adult swim. but i doubt anyone here has seen it.
Ed, Edd and Eddy, mike, lu and og, sheep in the big city, johnny bravo, kids next door... i doubt any of these series have ANY banned episodes in any of them. they just weren't as daring as cow and chicken have been. and to be blunt, neither has samurai jack any episodes they won't reair due to bannable material.
i hope that helps. somehow.
Cow and Chicken had two: "No Smoking" and "Buffalo Gals". The first one was banned because of either Chicken smoking or the Red Guy as the devil, and the second one because of lesbian references and jokes.
For a short period the Ed, Edd, n' Eddy episode "Homecooked Eds" was banned because Edd uses the word "amorous".
I forgot two episodes: Dexter's Lab "Dial M For Monkey: Barbaquor" is currently banned and for a time after the 9.11 attacks The Powerpuff Girls "Rowdyruff Boys" was banned due to the plane crashes and buildings crumbling (caused by the fight between the PPGs and the RRBs)

I've seen No Smoking but I've never seen Buffalo Gals(Maybe I did and I've forgotten about it after all it was in the '90s.)

Like a 10 year old boy will automacially understand the word "amorous".....

I see no reason "downer" episodes should be banned. If CN did that, they'd have to take almost every episode of Ed, Edd n' Eddy off the air.
And yeah, I've heard about the Dexter short too. It's called Dexter's Rude Removal.
That short wasn't made for CN, thus it isn't banned.

I think "Johnny Bravo and the Amazon Women" was (or could be) banned because of sexual references: a woman grabs 2 coconuts in front of her breast, the word "virgin" is mentioned, and at the end of the episode, after the volcano erupts Johnny lands on something called "Ville of Beautiful Men" or something like that. Maybe the last one was a gay joke, I dunno.

There was an episode of Dial M for Monkey that is banned. It's called "Barbequor"
i've seen it in canada and once in the US. But never again, everytime that episode is up to air, another replaces it. Reason is that it has gay references from a guy named silver spooner, also krunk is in the episode and he gets drunk.

They showed Barbequor I think sometime last year for some reason, anyways the episode itself was pretty funny but I really did not find anything that offensive.

Countries that air shows with risque content at any time of the day, it usually indicates their tv industry is crap.

The US is ruled by those who are in the minority and special interest groups.

Content considered risque is to be determined by the culture it is present in. Taboos are not universal.
