Zoids Fuzors "Three Teams Face Off" Talkback (Spoilers)

You remember last week's episode? Well this one is the continuation of it. This will probably be a battle between R.D and The Liger Zero, the Trio in the Matrix Dragon, and of course Blake in his.... Zoid. (I forgot his). And this will also be the last new episode for awhile. Next week it's back to square one, and I can get a chance to parody the episodes I didn't get a chance to do before, so watch out for that. Anyway, read and review about the episode here.

It was good, but the dialogue was rather wonky.

Scott McNeil was the VA for one of the bad guys.

Matt was a great motivator to R.D.

It's Time For Some Matrix Dragon On Liger Zero Phoenix On Beserk Fury Action In The Zoid Fuzor Episode Review of "Three Teams Face Off".

Talk about bringing up old plot points. First the return of Dan and Amy (last seen in episode 8), and then Beserk Fury in action (last seen in Episode 5) and then bringing up the Alpha Zoid again (last talked about in episode 6). Speaking of the Alpha Zoid coming back, well... give me more fodder for my parody why don't you? Although it was an intresting battle, it showed just how much non-main characters aren't really important. Notice how quickly Amy, Sigma and Helmut got knocked out? More fodder. It was a pretty good episode though, albeit somewhat lacking in intrest sometimes. B

Agreed. Diana can just make that much more fun of it though.

Well, Duke and whoever else who thought the Berserk Fury was weak should be satisfied now becuase I thought it kicked ass. Especially with it's drill-like arm things going. It would've been cool if it had used a charged particle gun on the Matrix Dragon, but oh well.

Also, Diana, I thought of something else for your parodies. How about having R.D. reference R. Dorothy from Big O or the episode, "RD" when someone says his name? Just a thought.

For some reason I thought for a sec maybe Sweet was piloting that zoid... and then I saw her on the sidelines and came back to reality where she's a poorly used character.

R.D.'s guarantee.. yeah i wonder how much that's worth.

Good episode, it's definitely keeping me interested.

I think that was an all around good episode of Zoids:Fuzors I give it 5 stars. The three way fight between the Matrx Dragon,Buster Fury and Liger Zero Phonix is one of the top fights in Zoids history and the best ariel zoids battle out of all the series IMO. When the series first started I remember people saying how the battles weren't up to par with Zero; coughJCcough now after this episode I wonder what people are saying???

Now when I first heard of the episode I thought that Blake and RD would fuse into some new Zoid in order to battle the Matrix Dragon or that RD would find a way to beat both oponents; but I was wrong. I had no idea that the a Liger would show up and when I first saw it I thought that it was the Liger X; it wasn't untill futher inspection that I figured that it was a new Liger called the Energy Liger.

Anyway, I can't wait to see where this new twist with this new Zoid leads. And I am pretty sure that the pilot behind the Energy Liger is RD's father

Sandra sure came across as a smug witch. I'm surprised that Mach Storm tried to negotiate the return of the Leo Blaze. I've never seen Zoids pilots use diplomacy before. And it met with predictable results.

This episode strikes me as more of transition than anything else. Now we're finally entering the Alpha Zoid arch (I hope). I too was expecting the Chimera Dragon. I'm glad its Energy Liger. RD should get a rematch with the Matrix Dragon later on in the series so he can show some improvement and take it down, preferably with Blake's help. It'd be nice to see Liger Zero and Berserk Fury fighting on the same side for once.

Savage Hammer doesn't seem like a good choice for final villain anymore. I had hoped they'd be far more cruel when I started watching this series, but now I don't think they're up to par. Maybe Mavus would be better.

One odd note is that the other members of Mach Storm seem completely ignorant of Savage Hammer's desire to destroy them. It seems like RD is the only guy on the team even remotely aware that Savage Hammer is gunning for them.

This gets four stars from me. I'll give Fuzors five stars when RD comes off with another big win, seeing as how he's the main character. I know how most people regard RD, but how do fans react to Blake?

Well, I missed the episode, so I still think it's weak. :p I thought it was a repeat tonight and took a nap after He-Man, then watched my new TMNT DVDs.

I wonder why the Energy Liger was colored black and red (US colors) as opposed to red and gray (Japanese model colors). I know Fuzors advertizes a lot of the US models, but why side with the US coloring?
