That’s the first time in a very long time there has not been a premiere on a Friday night. I bet CN got lousy rating tonight because of this.

Well, they have nothing they want to premiere this week or next. That's what happens during the holidays: The premieres wind down till there's none at all (really) until the next year. It's not just Cartoon Network Friday, it's mostly everyone else as well.

I beleive they didn't care about this situation last year and the year before that.

Nielsen media is closed at the end of the year so there are no ratings to report

"New Scooby...at least for CN it was new."

Which episode was it??

Also, why on earth was Evil Con Carne on at 8:00? Who thought of that??

Nothing new, but I was able to see that Son of Nergal episode. :p (I wonder when new episodes of Billy & Mandy will air?)

It's the whole family togetherness for the holidays thing. Not enough people watching television this time of year to justify airing new episodes.

Is that really the reason for the mid-season break? Almost no one can spend full days doing other things with family members. If anything, more days at home might mean more television. It could be that the networks do not want to be bothered with it.

Cartoon Network's Friday night 0.2 rating will never be confirmed. :D Seriously though, it saves networks the embarrassment of letting others know the ratings, which might be lower because of excessive reruns.

So I take it, none of the shows this week will probably make the CN Top 100 highest-rated shows for December, huh?

If part of the month is not counted at all, the top 10/top 100 for the month is useless, because it could be inaccurate. The rankings should be ignored, but the numerical ratings could still indicate anything significant.
