Just came from my family in laws place, yum good food. Got this adorable little leather purse which is great because another backpack/purse I had adored was all ripped up finally and I was down to one regular favorite one. Also got a cute little pair of Christmas socks that have a design of white deer and trees, pretty warm...wearing them now! And the last thing I got was this adorable tiny sterling silver cross on a chain. It was the most thoughtful and random of all because I got it from my sister in law. Normally everything I get is from the family as a whole, but the sister in law got this on the side for me. That in itself is sweet, but see she also had some difficulties when she was born so even though she's about 26, she's got the mentality of a 15 year old. So it was ever so sweet of her to have thought to get me something seperate and actually went and did it without any help.

Also got 100 bucks from my boss....god I love working at a jewelry store!

If I'm making it sound like my parents are rich, don't think that. They just pulled out all the stops this year for some reason.

(I'm not really a big fan of angel collectibles, but I do like this. Three angels standing are standing in a circle, each facing outward. There is room in the middle for a votive candle holder, and a shallow glass dish sits on top of the angels for you to burn essential oils in. I didn't get any essential oils with the candle-holder, but I do have a few at home to use with it: peppermint, frankincense, and lavender.)
