when I was a kid, Looney Toones had a cartoon of, I believe a Dog and a Cat. This Dog made the Cat SPIN THE WHEEL, to decide his fate.

Do you have any info on this cartoon? name of it for instance?

This is a Termite Terrace Trading Post topic, but here's the answer anyway:

The cartoon you're thinking of is called "Early to Bet", directed by Robert McKimson. In it, a Gambling Bug makes a Cat play a game of cards against a Dog. They play Gin Rummy with penalties, and the cat loses every time. Whenever the cat loses, he spins the Penalty Wheel, and he has to suffer a punishment courtesy of the dog, the punishments include "Gesundheit" (Put pepper on his nose while chewing gum), "William Tell" (Shoot a rubber arrow to an apple in the cat's head) and "Roll Out the Barrel" (Run with a barrel filled with powder with a lighted fuse).

It's a hilarious cartoon, it's also availaible on the recntly released LT DVDs.
