They were like the original "hosts" of Cartoon Network that were bare-handpuppet cowboys. One was the teacher, the other was the short-attention=spanned student at something like the "Cartoon Ranch" or whatever. Anyone remember what I'm talkin' bout?

Actually, I can't say I know what you mean. I don't remember that exactly, but then again, I only got CN in about early 98 so I missed the first years.
