ATHF looks pretty good, but Space Ghost reminds me a little bit too much of the MST3K dvds. That is a somewhat mixed bag indeed. I'm buying both as soon as they come out. Then they're going in the shoebox of ultimate doom.

Those aren't anything special. Not that I care. I just want the episodes in reasonably good quality. Also, a decent pair of pants.
By the way, they're out in November, not December. :moon2:

Look fine. Not mind-blowing, but I wasn't expecting that.
And it looks like the special features (again, not mind-blowing), are adequate (also keeping in mind that isn't every menu on the DVD).

If English is the only language available, why make it a selection on the subtitles menu?

Why English is offered in subtitle menu:
Maybe I want to make out what meatwad is saying.
Maybe I want to make out with meatwad.

I'm sorry, that's not what I meant.
On the same screen where you select what subtitles you want, at the top it says "Spoken Language", and underneath that it only says English.

Warner's DVD mastering leaves much to be desired. I've seen enough of their DVDs that are in pan & scan only, even though the movie was originally in widescreen.

The ATHF menus look kind of the way I expected them to look. Very nice. I'll definitely buy the DVD when it comes out. :D
