What the title says. What're your favorite episode(s) from the Scoobster's various incarnations?
Mine:
Original series: "Jeepers, It's the Creeper"
Scooby Doo Movies: I always liked the Cass Elliot episode as a kid (even if I had no idea who the "Mamas and the Papas" were). Probably also throw in Sonny and Cher (since, well, I like Cher and all) and the Batman & Robin episodes.
A Pup Named Scooby Doo:
- "Terror, Thy Name Is Zombo" (vs. Zombo the ghost clown)
- "Chickenstein Lives" (vs. Chickenstein)
- "The Computer Walks Among Us" (vs. Velma's computer/robot)
Movies: "Scooby Doo on Zombie Island", "Scooby Doo and the Alien Invaders", "Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase"

I guess in the original series, the episode with with the Ghost Clown would have to rank high, the villian really gave the gang a run for their money before Shaggy and Scooby finally came up with the perfect way to turn the tables.
I would have to say my all-time favorite Scooby episode was the Three Stooges movie where they faced off against the ghost Red Baron.

Dynamic Scooby Doo Affair (best plot)
Loch Ness Mess (the first with the Globetrotters, not the 1978 one in Scotland)
Night of Fright is No Delight
Haunted House Hang Up
Mystery of Haunted Island (Last one with Globetrotters)
Frickert Fracas (With Johnathan Winters)
Backstage Rage
I wish new productions would use these as the models of the true Scooby experience, instead of the flying around the world/wierd "extreme" style monsters that came later.

I'm not a huge fan of Scooby Doo. But I do love Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island!
When I was in Europe, I was Watching Cartoon Network France (I shutter ever time i say it) and I saw These Scooby Doo movies that were just wow. Nothing like the cartoon, great mature(er) plot. I saw the one where they were uncovering a mystery about Wiccans and trying to help prove this one man's sister innoscent. It was about 1:30 min long, and the animation was incredible. ( don't tell me these movies are the same one's you guys are talking about | or am I talking about something different?)

Um, yeah, they're the same ones we're talking about---- they were made for video starting in the late 90's, titled: "Scooby Doo on Zombie Island", "Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost", "Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase", etc. The more recent direct-to-video release "Scooby Doo and the Legend of the Vampire" was weaker than these, though (more of an extended episode of "What's New, Scooby Doo", the current Scooby Doo TV series). There's also a new one out with the gang in Mexico, but I haven't seen it yet...

Didn't know there was a Cartoon Network-France; wonder what it's like vs. the American version...

You mean "Ghostly Creep from the Deep". Creepy Heap from the deep is the 1976-7 one about a sea monster who steals people's spirits. Ghostly Creep from the deep was basically the same Red Beard from "go Away Ghost Ship, but stripped of his color. Yo're right; that probably was the first with the Globetrotters.
