View Full Version : "Off the top of my head"
AFAIK = As Far as I Know
IIRC = If I Remember Correctly
BTW = By The Way
Those are common abbrevations used on the web, however, lots of people use the phrase "Off the top of my head" when discussing cartoons, and there has never been anyone that had abbreviated it.
Should we make "Off the top of my head" an official Internet abbrevation? Therefore creating "OTTOMH"?
Just asking. :p
I'm serious, though.

OTTOMH, I think that would be a great idea. I'm not exactly sure what others would think though. Hey, maybe we could make one for "I'm not exactly sure" either, like INES or something. I would use it... a lot.

Why not...? Though I have no idea how these things catch on.

No. Everytime someone used that, a Nadesico fan would say "Allow me to explain.." or make some other joke about Inez.

Dispense with your vulgar acronyms. They have no place in the discourse of the public.

No, birds don't need psychotherapy. No more acronyms.

I think we need fewer anagrams though, not more. I have a hard time remembering most of them as it is.

You know most acronyms are only good if most people know what they mean and long ones are kind of hard to remember...so...I dunno.
