I don't know if this has been posted before, but equal.

The Shonen Knife song "Buttercup (I'm a Super Girl)" from The Powerpuff Girls Soundtrack is suspiciously similar to The Ramones song called "Blitzkrieg Bop".

This has been discussed before, I believe, Although I think it was in the Cartoon Cartoon forums when it still existed. It was pretty much decided that Super Girl, if anything, was more of an homage to Blitzkreig Bop than a direct ripoff, since Shounen Knife has done covers of Ramones songs before. ("I Wanna Be Sedated" comes to mind).
