"Super Squater" - Dr. Wierd: Gold. Scenes Shake was in: Hilarious. But the scenes with Meatwad and Frylock alone...with the wieners I just can't accept as funny. Rating: *** of ****.

When You Don't Pay The Bills, Somehow A Foot Gets Shot In The Aqua Teen Hunger Force Episode Review of "Super Squatter".
I have to say this: The Dr Weird intro are getting old if fan fiction writers can do better ones. The thermostat beginning was very meh, but I'm glad this episode wasn't. From the previews on the Comic Con I thought it would be very mediocre, so I'm glad I'm wrong. This was hilarious, espically Shake watching T.V ("That was the lead in. This is the show they want you to be watching".) Shake falling over in the dark and calling Meatwad his main man, Carl shooting himself in the foot and Shake not doing anything about it, Meatwad making a Weenie smoothie using the lawnmower, and the end where Shake gets the power back by plugging all their stuff into Carl's while Carl gets drunks off of pills. I give this an A-.
This episode was seriously messed up.
I have to say I was amused, ailbet in a morbid way.
3.5/5 for this episode. :D
Meatwad making a hotdog smoothie with the lawnmower won me over.
A+

The episode was quite funny. Shake as usual provides most of the funny material, but sometimes being such an ass can get sortof annoying.
I wonder why Frylock puts up with him really. He has yet to actually get ticked off at Shake and zap him with his powers.
In any case though, it was quite humorous.

At first I thought this would be another mediocre episode, but then came the joke about Shake throwing the bills down the toilet. From then on things started to climb, but they really started getting good when Shake moved into Carl's house:
"Oh, yeah, I know where those pretzels are. In my gun."
Then Carl shoots himself in the foot, which Frylock tries to nurse but ends up accidentally pulling off. And, at the end, Shake pays the bills in the most half-ass way imaginable. Not the best episode, but still very entertaining and better than many of season two's episodes.
A-.
PS - I wish the Dr. Weird episodes would be like early episodes: where they would actually influence the episode's story (ex: "Leprechanopolis", "Bus of the Living Dead").

Am I the only one who didn't like this episode? Other than the Dr. Weird prologue and Meatwad using a lawn mower to make smoothies, the episode wasn't that funny, with Shake being too much of an ******* in today's episode (staying in Carl instead of paying bills, not calling the doctor when Carl shoots himself).

BIGGEST LOL MOMENT: When Shake says the TV, etc., is out because God was mad at something Meatwad did.
Could've done without the severed foot (though the wounding before and the post-operative Carl after were funny).

Wow, Shake's an ass. Not that I expected him to be any different. XD
I've been saying that for months. I was actually yelling "SHOOT HIM CARL!!!"
To note this is the second time Carl's house burnt down and the third time the TV broke

i couldnt stop laughing after that exchange

Oh yeah, that slayed me too.
I'm so going to use that on my sister when the computer crashes on her. :D

Heh, my best friend has the same exact TV that Carl has. Anyways, Shake is the biggest ass I've ever seen on TV. Hilarious...especially when Frylock rips Carl's foot off...A+...oh, and how exactly do the Aqua Teens recieve money?...

Ah, this was probably the worst episode I've seen. I mean, it wasn't UNfunny, but it certainly wasn't LOL-ish. The only thing that really made me chuckle was when Shake was like, "You and me, tomorrow, together, we'll REALLY bust em out...you n' me."

It was good...but I wasn't very impressed. I wanted a few more "witty" lines from Shake. Meatwad and Shake should have had more time together. I think those are always the best parts. But luckily there wasn't anything horribly wrong with it. So its all good.

While not one of the funniest, "Super Squatter" still had its moments which included: the opening, Shake watching TV, and the ending.
Out of 5 stars, I give it 3.5.

Everyone always hates the episodes I like. And then later on down the road they come to love them. So I guess I'll just have to... wait it out.

So I guess I'll just have to... wait it out.I'll never like "Super Hero" Matt, so don't hold your breath on that one, but I enjoyed "Super Squatter." Shake was an ass, but not to the point where it just wasn't funny like "PDA" was.

well I loved it!
aside from the veryyyyy gross carls foot coming off the whole thing had me lol'ing especially shake pretending meatwad was his number one bud! meatwad will never learn!
and rather then causing something directly to happen in the ep the dr weird part foreshadowed carl's house going up in flames I'd say. plus the thermostat gag was just great! http://members.aol.com/kimminakochan/chicken.gif

For me, "Super Squatter" was an invigorating black comedy. It had a few big laughs, but it was the giddy feeling of malicious joy that this episode projected that made it enjoyable for me. The standards for ATHF are pretty high, yet this episode managed to be just a little better than expected..
**** out of *****
I don't think this show has had a bad episode yet. Some average, but no really awful ones.

Excellent episode, and coming off the strength of Sir Loin to boot. I was afraid the quality would slip with so many episodes being produced, but if they keep this up, I'll eat crow.

The one thing I didn't like about this episode is that it seems that Meatwad is back to his old gullible self. I really enjoyed all the times last season when it seemed like he was both aware of Shake's BS and quite tired of it. This time, Shake told him he was his "main man" and Meatwad bought right into it. Hopefully this doesn't mean we won't see Meatwad trying to turn Shake bulemic again.

That was just a newer, more sadistic Meatwad.
Meatwad- I ain't talking about digestion. I'm talking about this. URP!
Frylock- Meatwad, no!

This episode was absolutely crazy. All the scenes involving Shake and and Carl's foot were hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing when Shake called Dr. Cheese Steak and Carl's foot fell off. Meatwad making weinie shakes with the lawnmower was pretty good too.
Great stuff. Can't wait for the Volume 2 DVD...
The Dr. Weird openings might not have much to do with the story anymore, but my god was this one funny. With the spontaneous combustion and the gore...I'm surprised this one got a TV-PG (then again it was for laughs).

You know...that's true. I hated Aqua Teen at first...but then it became my favorite. And the same happened for quite a few of its episodes. I guess it just has to sink in first...

I loved this episode. The joke about the bills was hilarious. And the interaction between Shake and Carl was great. Plus I found Meatwad to be funny as well.
While it's not a four-star, it did have some funny moments, including the Dr. Weird opening, most of Shake's lines, and Meatwad somehow making a weenie smoothie using a lawnmower (even got the whipped cream and cherry).

I like this one. Because many stuff managed to surprise me. Like how Shake went about solving his problems after problems. Frylock and Carl getting what's coming to them. What poor Carl had to put up with up to the end. And anybody noticed that foot-head Carl now fits perfectly to Shake's Shake-shaped front door? :D

I pretty much liked this episode, but it just didn't seem to have the punch of last weeks episode. However, the amount of abuse piled on Carl is always good for a laugh, as is that amazingly perfect weenie shake.
4/5... if I were to rate it.

Heheheeheh... just watch it again tonight and noticed Meatwad's, "I'll not let you down! WOLVERIIINES!!!"
