If you can guess where that quote is from then you get a hearty hand shake.
Anyway, I've been browing the adultswim.com message boards and I use to be able to tollerate the morons there, but now it's getting to be too much to stand. I really wish I smack some sense into them. Either that or strike them with a blunt object a few times. Anyone else feel this way?

And now for the simple sentence of logic that people forget when they're upset. "If you can't stand it there, don't go there." Simple as that. Or you could just ignore the topics that have people acting like morons, which would be the same as my earlier suggestion.

True... but I go there for the entertainment value. That and to shoot down people's ideas on the suggestion boards. EVA, Ranma 1/2, Naruto, Scryed, DB/Z/GT, Sonic X, Shaman King, One Piece, Hentai, old kids cartoons, new kids cartoons, and other random things. I'll tell ya, they always fight about Naruto... Oh yeah and I'm supprised and the ammount of people that DON'T realize that CN can't air a show or a movie unless it's licensed and dubbed. IY movies for example. Ah well, it's all in good fun! :D

Let's see, that quote is from one of the first 2 Ninja TMNT movies, I believe Ralphael says it.

I usually go there just to look at the suggestions for the B&W cards. I came across this one that said to air all the card suggestions really fast. Not a bad idea, but a little hard to pull off.

The second one, he says it to Keno because he stepped on his foot.

I know, I signed up there a little bit a go, but I can't stand the way they write, so I haven't been there since then.
Its a quote from the movie "At least there's no schedule 2: When the speculation hits the fan."
What? Somebody had to say it.

Personally I'm trying to figure out why the AS forums don't have an age requirment like this forum and every other one I've ever been to. I thought there was a law here in the US about that sort of thing?

Hammer, please don't hurt them!
Seriously though. You're just adding fuel to the fire by going there. Just relish in the fact that Adult Swim takes the time to embarrass them all on national television. That's the only reason they're not actively modding their boards. Their MB is a giant roach motel for Internet idiots. They use the cards as a magnifying lens - a look into the stupid little microcosm that are Internet message boards. The only way to quash these morons is to embarrass them in front of others. Adult Swim is doing us a public service by posting their insane, insipid rantings on TV.

Stop, hammer time! Da da da da na na, can't touch this. I love that song.
I've been to several forums before that have had lamers in 'em, but the AS boards take the cake.
Yeah, it's irritating to read some of the posts there from time to time and you wish that Natural Selection would work it's course on some of the posters there, but you know what?
If it weren't for the AS forums, we wouldnt've gotten 'Teh s uck'. :p

What natural selection? As far as I see, lamers breed like rabbits with no natural predators in sight. It's really up to the moderators and whether they're pro-intelligent or pro-stupid newbie. This is the only time I can appreciate jerk flamers 'cause they're right up front as being close to being natural predators. Unfortuately, they annoy everyone so they're not kept around long enough to thin out lamer newbies.

Honestly I am tempted to post at the AS forums with the chance of having one of my many proverbs of wisdom published for millions to see, but the majority of the people who post there are really mean...

There are intelligent people who post on the AS board and some good topics. You just have to wade through a lot of garbage to find them. I think of it as a sort of treasure hunt. There is some gold on that board; you just have to have patience. (^_*)

Indeed in about 50 messages there are 5 sensible ones or less, but usually those sensible ones are really quite good and worth the time to read. Other than that... there's a lot of asking for Ranma 1/2, EVA, and Naruto. All of which I shoot down when I feel the urge.
Necro_Mog the movie is called "Dreaded Fantasy Schedule 2: It's not Dreaded Fantasy Schedule 1"

But there was no fantasy schedule! Where is it? Where are you hiding it? He set us up the schedule!
And what's wrong with my title. I like it :(

I think a better analogy would be wading through raw sewage for pennies.
You can keep your loose change. The real cash is right here.
Without bashing another MB, I'd like to say that Adultswim.com has over 50,000 show suggestions. Not one is a good fit for Adult Swim. Talk about bad aim, huh?
The most recent argument I've been involved in over there was shooting down any chance of Love Hina airing on Adut Swim. Not happening. Get over it. Same with Ramna. It won't happen, ever. The show smells funny.

So many people ask for Naruto and One Piece there. They just don't get that they are going to be marketed to a larger audience then just AS niche audience.
If that means KidsWB, well, at least I have the mangas.
Ninja Centerfold! Hya!

A few of them now and then aren't bad, but when you start seeing 3 or 4 posts at the top of a board posted by the same person about relatively the same thing, it's borderline spam. I dread reading the Toonami forum anymore, lol.
