Which DVDs do you think will sell better? The AS Originals like ATHF or the FOX ones?
As you can tell I'm a big DVD fan and have been keeping up with how well titles have been doing, I will be a surprised if SGC2C and ATHF do better than the FOX ones.

This is no contest. FG and Futurama ran on network primetime and are pretty well known. The WS shows run at midnight on CN, and though AS is getting great ratings, msot of those come from the Fox shows.

I too agree with both Family guy and Futurama, but I decited to go with the Adult Swim Oringinals regarding Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Auqa Teen Hunger Force, and even Home movies if that does count.

I think the FOX shows sell much better, but then again ATHF is bound to bring in some serious dough. I don't know about Space Ghost since not many people I know talk about it.
I'm buying both come November anyway.

It's a tie when it comes to ATHF and Family Guy.
And when it comes to SGC2C and Futurama.
I like both of them equally. :)
BUT...when it comes to the DVDs.
Family Guy VS. ATHF -- Family Guy
Futurama VS. SGC2C -- Futurama
ATHF VS. SGC2C -- ATHF
Just my opinion.

Are you nuts? In sales, Futurama and Family Guy would dominate any WS DVD amount? You wanna know why? Because people are more prone to buy anything mainstream then they are to buy anything that isn't. It's just that simple.

You have to understand that DVD sales are measured in how many copies they sell and ATHF and SGC2C will be about $20 during the first week. That's just my guess though. I mean Undergrads has more episodes and that's like 30 bux at the most.

Sorry Jim, Futurama and FG will sell circles around AS programming DVD's. And that is no knock against AS at all. But having been on a broadcast network means alot for the FOX properties.

Harvey Birdman is hands down the most hillarious program in Adult Swim.
I like the subtile humor (or not so subtile humor) of WS shows. For instance I find the funniest thing ever from ATHF was at the end of the first episode when they are in Carl's pool and he says "get outta my freak'n pool!" and then the episode ends. Maybe it was the shock value, but it got me laughing long and hard. Episodes with the moon creatures are also hillarious because everything is so awkward.
Futurama has a nice subtile humor to it. It's funny but it doesn't force it (most of the time). Family Guy on the other hand, has the mentality to scream "I'M FUNNY, WATCH ME!!!". Which is refreshing as well.
I like them all, but Harvey Birdman is heads above the rest. WS shows do have more originality at times though.

Uh Hyper Luigi? Fantasy Schedule Pimp Guy? He wasn't talking about which was better, but which would sell the most DVD's. So technically, you're suppose to relate your comments on why which one would sell better, not just which one is the best.

I don't think anyone outside this forum knows that there is any Adult Swim programming besides Futurama and Family Guy.

Personally I like the AS originals better but I know that theres no question about who will sell better especially Family Guy.

Of course, who would have guessed Family Guy would have sold better than Futurama (and I think the Friends DVDs as well) and get a movie before the Simpsons? Sales are much different than ratings. You have to remember that before you state your claim about which TV show will do the best.
