Cowboy Bebop Video Game!

Since there was a thread about a possible Big O game, I thought why not mention the Cowboy Bebop game coming out for the Playstation 2. Which is suppose to come to the U.S at sometime down the line. It's in the rumor stages though, I just thought I'd tell you.

With a Lupin video game already coming and showing some promise, there can only be hope that a Cowboy Bebop video game could be equally promising. However, if it is anything like the Playstation Cowboy Bebop game - it will fail horribly.

Not exactly rumor stages -- Bandai announced it as part of their calendar of releases at Comicon -- but close enough to rumor still (I only read the confirmation, and I've seen plenty of "confirmations" that confirmed nothing, so we'll go with it.) Unfortunately, I dunno that a US release is as safe a bet -- as business goes, Bandai Games is concerned with fostering brands with what it brings over to America (no US release of Raxphaleowhateveryacallit so far -- but they are doing Lupin.) It'll be interesting to see how it rates for quality, that may be a bigger indicator if we see it makes it across (not that Bandai Games is traditionally synonymous with quality...)

Why? Bandai has produced many more (and better) games than the first Cowboy Bebop game on the PSX.
