Anyway, to answer your question, no - the second season of He-Man has not started yet. However, I don't know if Fisto will be in it. I would believe so since he has a toy coming out, but I really don't know.

Well of course Fisto will be in it. They wouldn'tve delayed him and gave him Snake Buster armor if he wasn't going to be in Season 2. :p
