Rudy and Gogo were part of an old TNT cartoon compilation show. i think the title was "The Rudy and Gogo World Famous Cartoon Show." might not be the "world famous" part but the rest is right. it aired back in the days of TNT Toons, before they turned into the drama channel.

Rudy doing the news? Sweet! I used to watch The Rudy and Gogo World Famous Cartoon Show most Saturday afternoons on TNT. I didn't get Cartoon Network back then and they played Dexter's Laboratory back when there was only six episodes. Rudy and the gang (he also had another friend whose name I cannot remember, and there was Gogo, a goat) also hosted the TNT New Year's Eve event once. TNT showed movies such as "The Blob" while Rudy and the gang did things in and out of commercials. As presidential election season heats up I wonder if we will see the Gogo Para Presidente campaign again? Also, anybody remember their commercial for Sugar in a Can?

I heard about that when I was watching the Today Show this morning. I can't say too much about his music except for the fact that it doesn't excite me much. The only two celebrity bands (bands with celebrities from different professions) that should be taken seriously are Phantom Planet and Stickfigure.
