"Otaku shouldn't procreate."

Anyone who would name their kid after an anime character, or atleast a name that would like sound completely out of place, probably falls into that catagory. If it wasn't really clashy, like "Roger Spiegal" or "Spike Smith," I guess it'd be cool.
