Paramount Cartoons?

I was wondering if CN has ever shown any of these yet? I know they show the Popeye show, but im talking about Little LuLu and the long awaited original title Casper and all the other NovelToons anywhere .......

The Harveytoons Show on Boomerang is made up of non-Popeye Paramount cartoons made from 1950-1962. Everything made before and after that (not counting Popeye, of course), isn't shown anywhere. Cartoon Network also used to show the Paramount Superman cartoons on Acme Hour and as filler durring Toonami years ago.

AMC used to have a deal to air the pre-1950 cartoons (such as Betty Boop and little Lulu).

I beleive NTA (which got the Pre-50 Non Popeye and Superman Cartoons) merged with Viacom a while back, so their are royalty problems
