Help!! Looking for a Road Runner Cartoon...

that has 2 small boys sitting in front of the TV watching Road Runner & Coyote cartoons. This cartoon coined the phrase "Meep meep zip TANG!!" & the one boy says when he grows up he wants to be a "ps-sychiatriast". Does anyone have any idea what the name of this cartoon is?? My boyfriend & I are desperate to find the name so we can search for it on line. Any help is greatly appreciated :) Red 1

"The Adventures of the Road Runner" (1962) has this scene, however this rarely-seen 22-minute featurette was later broken down into two smaller 7-minute shorts, one of which features the scene with Ralph Phillips and a friend watching TV. Most people referring to this probably saw the breakdown short "Zip Zip Hooray" (1965).
