Did anyne watch the Superfriends Marathon they had on Boomerang today and all the Fridays this month? I was watching a lot of it, especially the first series episodes, like "The Power Pirate", "The Shamon U", "Professor Goodfellow's G.E.E.C.", and some other ones. I thought it was preatty good, and I saw some episodes I've never seen before.

Are they airing the All-New Super Friends Hour, Challenge of the Superfriends Part One (w/ the Wonder Twins), Superfriends shorts, and the lost Superfriends: The Legendary Super Powers Show episodes in unedited, non-Superman Batman Adventures format?

A Superfriends marathon? Man, it doesn't get any better than that. I could watch it for hours and never get bored, especially if playing Seanbaby's drinking game.
I've seen the G.E.E.C. episode before. In general the first season episodes seemed targeted at a lower age group than the later seasons. Usually there isn't much of a villain, there isn't much fighting, and there's often a heavy-handed moral to be taught. Still, it's amusing in its primitiveness. I just wish some villain would throw Marvin and Wonderdog into a black hole or volcano or something. Give me the Wondertwins anyday.
There is a hilarious moment (actually one of many) in the G.E.E.C. episode where Batman, Robin, and Superman (guess his hernia was bothering him) drive up to a factory security gate in the Batmobile. There is a huge robot (with ears) standing guard next to the closed gate. Robin, completely flabbergasted, says something like "Holy androids! How in the world do we get inside?" Superman sighes heavily, and replies in a most patronizing manner: "It's a ROBOT, Robin. Just ASK it."
HaHaHa!!!!! There must have been dozens of times when the moronic observations of this or that member have caused the other Superfriends to groan inwardly, but that was the first time I noticed someone get cut down for it.
