It was mentioned at Comic-Con that the card was a joke, and whatever was put behind McGuirk wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

It's actually Ho Chi Minh's arithmetic sleuths. It's a Cambodian Hanna-Barbera cartoon from the 70s about Ho Chi Minh and his gang of multi-ethnic teenagers roaming North Vietnam in their psychedelic van solving crimes involving the paranormal and smugglers and teaching Elementary school math.

What's it doing on adultswim.com? It's the uncut version, where they say the word "damn" and make innuendos about anal sex frequently.
