Well, we all know there are moments that we will defintely stop watching something if something extreme that you don't like happens.
So...
I'll stop watching Adult Swim when...
...they start running "Girls Gone Wild" commercials
...they stop making new episodes of Home Movies
...they repeat the same cards all the way to 6 months
That's all for now. What about you?...

All of what you said, and if they ever managed to show hentai for some reason. o_O;;
Seriously though, I'd only stop watching if they started showing those Girls Gone Wild commercials.
EDIT: Oh, and as long as they keep acquiring new series, I'll be content.
Keep up the good work WS!

I'll stop watching it when they
stop showing anime's or at least mature anime's (kikaider doesn't count)
... probably when trigun is gone i'll stop, it's just fun to watch again
if it becomes too much like the sunday one
i like some of the sunday programming but... that food thing i can't stand
mainly i like the anime's and shows that don't try too hard to be gross
on an extreme side...
-I'll stop when justice leage and batman start closing in on it's timeslot
(or get put in it.... *cringe*)
-when their idea of adult anime is DBZ uncut
-when the closest thing they get to trigun is ..megaman
lastly i'd stop watching if they pushed it later at night
after 2 hours of boomerang and acmehour
that's probably the worst they could do to it i think :)

I'll stop watching when they play a week long marathon of Goober and the Ghost Chasers.
Since that will never happen, I'm probably in for the long run.

....when the original programming stops.
....most likely not until I'm 30.

If The Entire Programming Block contained only Reign, Moblie Suit Gundam, The Grooverians, Penguin Behind Bars, Lewis Lectures, The Ripping Friends, and any Spumco short.
I'll stop watching when I die....or maybe not.
What?! You'd let a little thing like that stop you?
Ha, some fan YOU are. :p

I will stop when Williams Street tells me to stop or if they make Adult swim anything like the Spike TV animation block. Whichever comes first...or if every TV in the world explodes that would stop me too.

Surely there are ways around death. I have my whole life to figure them out! *dies* Well, there goes that idea.
When they tak Inuyasha off teh air!!!
More seriously... As long as they keep playing decent shows I haven't seen before, I'll keep watching. I have little patience for reruns, but I couldn't care less what the lead-in is, what time they're shown or what the commercials are. I pay good money for my TiVo for a reason.

I think all the major bases have been covered in this thread. I suppose in addition to those reasons, I'd probably stop if they actually got a sequel to Bebop that violated the original continuity (AUs, Prequels and side stories in the same universe are A OK by me,) if only as way of showing I'm not happy with them. However, if they ran Texhnolyze and Haibane Renmei, that would make up for it. ;)

I will stop...
- ...if they order new episodes of "Lewis Lectures"
- ...if they offer to continue "Stripperella" after its allegedly cancelled run on Spike TV (and since Mike Lazzo likes this show, that's a scary possibility)
- ...if they offer to fund a second season of "Pilot Candidate"
- ...if they truly admit that anime is teh s uck
- ...if they ask for a sequel to "Cowboy Bebop" with scripts written by Go Nagai and animation done by Peter Chung
And the biggest reason:
- ...if they stop listening to the fans
Okay, so the last one was too melodramatic...bite me.

You'd let that stop you? It's just a commercial. I doubt Williams Street even has control over who their sponsors are. And I find Tomb Raider and the US Army more objectionable then Girls Gone Wild, and they've done custom AS commercials for those two.
I'll stop watching when they play a week long marathon of Goober and the Ghost Chasers.
Actually, that sounds like a brilliant idea. If they had the balls to do that, I'd love them even more.

I would only stop watching if the block stopped showing anime or never aquired any new anime. I'm probably the only one here who thinks the comedy shows get too much exposure when compared to the anime stuff. :(

what exactly is "anime is teh s uck"
Several weeks ago, the Adult Swim cards were talking about their messageboards and mentioned several of the topics that had been posted there. One of the topics posted was "cus anime is teh s uck". And Williams Street decided to call that their new catchphrase.
In short, a twist of irony from the living hell that are the AS.com messageboards.

That question seems to be getting asked a lot lately. Maybe somebody should add it to the FAQ.

I'd stop waching Adult Swim if.... it was going to be a Family Guy marathon night.
I like Girls Gone Wild... real girls are always 1000% better than models. Not worth sending them my money though :D.

I would stop watching if the comedy was completely replaced by anime......which is pretty much saying I'll never stop watching AS.

Not just that,
Aqua Teen Hungerforce has been cancelled
Family Guy and Futurama got to the devil (NO!)
More stupid specials that fill in Home Movies at 11:00 on Sunday

I'd bail out if they stopped running the anime. That's my main reason for watching AS. The comedies don't interest me much. (^_*)
I'll stop watching when they play a 4Kids dubbed Aqua Teen.

I'll stop watching if two things happen:
1. I've seen all of the programming they have shown so much that it becomes boring (this includes cards).
2. If the schedule consists of the following: The Brothers Grunt, Reign, Bob and Margaret, every AS special shown so far, Baby Blues, any John K/Spumko show, and The Oblongs.

About the topic, I don't I'll ever stop watching Adult Swim (even if the stuff people said happens).
Even if Shake says "Shut up or I'll send you to the Shadow realm?" to Meatwad?

As long as Adult Swim has even one show that I enjoy, I'll keep watching it. I'll just skip the rest of the block. I'm rather surprised that no one seems to feel the same way.

Just think of this as an exercise in random mouth diarrhea.
In reality, the only reason I'll stop watching Adult Swim is if they don't have a show I like to watch.

I'll stop watching if and when William's Street looses creative control. Sadly this is a possibility, considering how big it is becoming. I know as long as they are there somewhere at the wheel, it's gonna be entertaining. At the moment its almost as if the fans are partners with AS and its freaking great.

When Lupin ends , honestly in the begining like the first night it aired I thought it was retarded , but now I'm one of the most hardcore Lupin fans thisside of fanboy-ville . I will also stop watching when the Kikiaider fanatics (you know who you are ) get their way and Lupin is dubbed gay , Fujiko is dubbed ugly and kikiaider is shwon all day every day on AS action and comedy . I like the show just in small and scattered doses . Finally I'll stop watching when mature anime like Trigun , Bebop , etc. is replaced for La Blue Girl . Honestly if anyone ever trespasses into the forbidden realm of the adultswim.com boards one of the leeches most favorite topics of conversation is "Hentai is cool because them girls arr nakd anf laa buu grl is mature anime otaku's cause thye be in th enude and me wee-wee go boom when I sees it " THAT IS FROM AN ACTUAL QUOTE "

...When there's no more AS comedy left (I like some of the anime, but I come for the comedy).
Or when the comedy is replaced by strictly "The Oblongs" and "Ripping Friends." Which I know won't happen. So I'll be with AS as long as it stays happifying.

If they get rid of
Futurama (Go Futuramatime!) :
Home Movies
Family Guy
Inuyasha, or any anime for that matter
If they bring back
The Ripping Friends
Or my other answer, when hell freezes over, it rains Goobers and Raisinets in Florida, or if NBC makes a sitcom that isn't a recycled idea. or just never, whichever version you prefer.
