Well I'll be....I loved this show when I first saw this on Nickelodeon back in the early 1990's and now its finally coming to DVD. Sure the jokes can be dated, but the show never is.

I really would like to get that. Of course, I would also like to get Dudley Doright Season Set on DVD as well, but I'll wait for that to be announced before getting excited.

Question: does the DVD set contain the original "Rocky and His Friends"/"The Rocky Show" openings (like the Rocky-flying-along-the-circus-wagon parade one)?

Just in case anyone was wondering, this set comes out August 5th.
This show is perfect and I'll probably buy all future releases, too.

I doubt we'll know what intro it has till a reviewer/consumer gets his/her hands on it.

I've heard both dates. I was using Amazon.com's. Half the sites I see say the 5th, half say the 12th.

Sony Music's (official) site, however, says the 5th.
