Moxy was a 3-D character voiced by Bobcat Goldfleet(SP?) created by Cartoon Network in 1995.

I know Ferret and Parrot was a Big Pick 2001 short and I think Marshmallow Money and Germtown were Web Premiere Toons (http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/watch/web_shows/) that disapeared (i.e. Pink Donkey).
