Sick of Waiting for people to come aka The Grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy Episode Review "Grim In Love"/"Crushed"/"Love is EVOL Spelled Backwards".
"Grim In Love"- This was a pretty good segment. I liked on how Grim had finally found love with a woman who loved him back (and who was dark and mysterious like him) but lost her when she found he was the REAL Grim Reaper. Highlights included the fake Grim that Billy commented on, the woman faking her death in the resturant, and the dance contest in the Underworld cafe place. I give it an A-
"Crushed"- Wow, Mandy sure is dark. I mean, falling in love with one guy and then wanting Grim to cut out her heart. That's pretty freakish. This segment's highlights included Billy introducing everyone to his new friend (and naming him Piff) Mandy's Makeover and "Piff" acting like Irwin after seeing the new Mandy. I give this a B+.
"Love is EVOL Spelled Backwards".- You know, if Nergal continues to be married to "Aunt Sis" (from the second made Grim segment "Skeletons In The Water Closest" that premired with the pilot of TGAoBaM and ECC back two Augusts ago) in the series continuity, this will make the "Son Of Nergal" segment (that's suppose to be in a future episode) A LOT more intresting. You know, since it will also be related to Billy. Highlights included Billy Mandy and Grim ready to face Nergal, Billy calling aunt Sis a... something or other, and Billy trying to sabotage Nergal's advances but only helping. I give this one an A- as well.
This episode gets an A-- grade overall.

I really liked this episode. It was well written and mostly in character. Although I'm still wondering where "Piff" came from.
The best part of the first segment was the "When Harry met Sally" ref in the resturant. "Do you know when someone's faking it?"
I really think it's sweet that Irwin had a crush on Mandy. And it was very Mandy to want to not experience love for the sake of remaining a heartless scary girl.
The second part was predictable in the part that Billy would end up helping Nergal insted of foiling his plans, but for the most part the little bits with Billy made up for it. Esp. the end with the cat box.

I agree with danni, this episode was more in character with other grim shows.
Don't get me wrong, I loved " Who killed who" because it was SOOOO different
and more of a creepy story but missed the quick funny jokes.
All three were great !!!
"Ohhh Mandy, listen to your heart" haaa, she obviously doesn't know Mandy too well does she???

"Grim In Love"- It was sure interesting, basically the main plot was Grim not telling her who he really was. The ending was really cool though, also the gravestone behind grim, correct me if im wrong, but i think it said "Hell Yes" (you couldnt see all of it because grims head was in the way) B+
"Crushed"- Another great love story, this time its for Mandy. She despratly didnt want to lose the evil inside of her, so she asked to get her heart taken out... very drastic... it had alot of great parts in it too, so I would give it an A.
"Love is EVOL Spelled Backwards".- A return of that... guy (I forget his name :p) anyways, i guess he finally found his match. Billy's aunt is alot like my aunt for some reason too :p. I just think it went too quickly, otherwise I would of given it an A+, so I guess the final grade is an A-.
Overall Rating: A-, which is a pretty friggin good episode!

Mandyism: "Can you feel the love."
"Grim in Love" This segment was alright. Highlight was the scene at the restaurant. Out of 5 stars, I give it 3.5.
"Crushed" This was my favorite segment. The "Grease" ref, and Mandy SMILING(!!) made this one funny. Out of 5 stars, I give it 4.
"Love is EVOL Spelled Backwards" This was alright. Highlight was when Billy said "Look it's Tony Curtis!" LOL. Out of 5 stars, I give it 3.

"Grim in Love" had nice touch but it was very sad that Grim lost his love by revealing to her that he's the real Grim Reaper. And that faking it out scene was really funny. A-
I like "Crushed" cause Mandy was able to hate "Piff" by making him like her. A
"Love is Evol Spelled Backwards" was very funny. Nergal actually won Aunt Sis's heart which I think was really sweet. :anime: I love the part when Billy was covered with spiders. :p A+
