Mix 1 episode of Batman, 5 episodes of Superman, and 2 (or 1, depending on how you look at it) Justice League premieres and you have the best night in SVES' short history. :D

I've been trying to tape complete versions of Torch Song and Livewire for ages, so that is an added bonus for me.

Yeah, for the Batman/Superman fanboys anyway, but I don't think it's the BEST night of SVES. That's of course just my opinion.

Ok, so it's the best night of SVES so far, in my opinion. :p

Hey, why didn't they play the Superman opening theme? I mean, I can see them not playing it on Toonami, but why not here as part of Justice for all Saturday? Of course I'm only talking about "Apokolips Now" Part One, but still, that seems weird.

As for Apokolips Now I didn't expect him to kill the inspector guy at the end.

Yeah, it's one of the most memorable moments in the Superman series.

Just a quick question: In Legacy Pt.2, who does the voice of the Army Guy who was interrogating Supes and also helped Luthor try to inject him with Kryptonite? I've heard that voice before somewhere and it's driving me nuts trying to remember...

Anyhoo, good so far. I've seen all these Superman eps, but it's been a while since I saw them, so it's nice to have a refresher before Twilight.

YOu mean General Hardcastle ? Well, that's Charles Napier, and he's had many leads, probably the most recongnizable was being Zed on Men In Black the series. He was also Derek Vega on "The Magician", Duke Phillips on "The Critic", and Colonel Briggs on "A-Team".

Duke Phillips on "The Critic"

THAT'S where I heard it from. Thank you, now I can watch Twilight without that driving me crazy.

Lol, Darkseid just blasted the detective guy into nothingness. I'm too used to bloody anime deaths...

But, this is Superman. The man almost never fails to save a life.

Certainly the most watchable. My gosh... I forgot how moving these episodes were. Dan's death always gets me.

I was little surprised that Supergirl was naked in that room. Granted, you couldn't see anything, but that was the first time I've seen a female cartoon character like that.
