This is what I thought might make a good season five of Courage. See what you think.
EPISODE #53
Katz me if you Can Katz challenges Courage to a deadly game of tag through a mine field. Courage accepts so he can save Muriel from becoming Katz's pet Muriel-Kitty.
Cajun Farmer Stew (I wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) Cajun Fox returns with a new recipe for Farmer Stew, as well as get revenge on Courage.
EPISODE #54
Forgive of Forget When Muriel and Eustace have a really big about Muriel's overeating fight, Courage tries to get the two to forgive each other.
Night of the Bowling Ball An evil bowling ball terrorizes Nowhere and forces them to bowl for eternity. It's up to Courage with help from Shirley to stop this mad ball.
EPISODE #55
Send in the Clomes (I wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) A mad scientist wants Muriel's brain to produce many evil Muriel clones (he refers to them as clomes) to commit crimes all over the town of Nowhere.
Brother, can you Spare a Tuba? Courage tries to practice his tuba, but Eustace has his own agenda to scare Courage.

Saving Private Shirley (I wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) Courage goes to the rescue as Shirley gets kidnapped by Katz to rid her of her magic powers.
Duck Sisters (I wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net, however, it was based on an idea by another fan.) The Duck Brother ask Courage to help them save their sisters from getting cooked by the paper silohuette maker.

Muriel's Night Out Muriel has a series of Nightmares. Courage uses psycology to find out the problem to Muriel's nightmare episode.
Le Quack Attack Le Quack uses Eustace to "borrow" money from the bank, but Courage keeps on dragging Eustace back by saying he'll give him more than Le Quack will let Eustace borrow.
EPISODE #58
Courageous Capture After hearing that a "mobster" is on the loose in Nowhere, Courage decides to go in and get him. However, it turns out it was a trick by the fungus foot to get revenge of Courage. But Courage is able to defeat the foot and dumps him a giant pool of dog spit.
Daughter of the Son of the Chicken from Outer Space The son of the chicken from outer space has a cyclopse daughter that wants to meet Courage. When she does, she acuses Courage as a dog that stole her doll a few years ago. Courage then goes into search the dog that actually did do it.

The Great Computer Caper (22 minute episode) After the computer has to be sent a repair shop, the owner turns out to be a computer hacker. Courage hides in the repair shop over night to try and save the computer.
EPISODE #60
Courage and Kelly Courage meets a girl dog named Kelly who claims that she lost her bone. When Courage agrees to help, it turns out that Kelly is a home invader.
Revenge of Doc Gerbil Doc Gerbil gets revenge on Courage by turning him into a lab rat.

Eustace and Horst Eustace has a dream where he and his dead brother, Horst actually get along and do things together. After this, Muriel worries about Eustace since he begins to talk non-stop about Horst.
Who's Gonna get the Door? Some keeps on playing ding-dong ditch on the farm house. When Courage keeps watch, he finds out it was Di Lung trying to have fun.

Dog Days of Summer A heat wave in Nowhere has caused Courage, as well as other dogs brains fru making them want to take over Nowhere Lake.
Evil Gnomes (CourageEditor wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) Evil garden gnomes invade the Bagge house and Courage tries to fight them all, while some want to destroy Ma since she was the Queen of the Gnomes.

Katz Kasino (CourageEditor wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) Katz is the host of a Las Vegas casino in which he's about to turn the audience into dinner for his giant man-eating spiders.
A Zombie in the Mist Benton Tarentella returns wanting to use Courage for his new dog show. A dog show in which he eats.
EPISODE #64
Muriel's Growing Grudge After Eustace complaines about Muriel's vinegar recipes, she begins to hold a grudge that drives Courage insane. So Courage tries to "convince" Eustace that he vinegar recipes are delicious.
Dance the Night Away A group of skeletons come out from the ground to dance in the harvest moon light. But when the cloud block the big orange moon, the skeletons began to terrorize the farmhouse. Courage then tries to get the clouds to move.
EPISODE #65 (SEASON FINALE)
A Very Courageous Reunion (I'm currently writing this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net/This would be a 22 minute episode.) After giving the evil vet a taste of his own medicine, all of the dognapped dogs get into the space ship and fly back down to earth. Back in Nowhere, Courage's parents spot Courage and comfort him. Then Courage tells them all about how Muriel took him in and how Eustace was jealous of him. After this, when Muriel meets Courage's parents, she invites them to live with them. Now reunited with his parents, the Bagge family just got even bigger.
And also, here's Courage-Bagge's thoughts about a possible Courage (I believe that John Dilworth said eventually there will be a Courage movie.)
Courage's Cowardly Movie (I wrote this as a fanfic on FanFiction.Net) When Freaky Fred is released from the nuthouse, he wants Muriel to join his traveling barber company in which he's going on a shaving spree. Courage tries every which way to stop Fred, but Fred's too clever. Afterwards, Shirley help by playing Shave and a Haircut on her saxophone which causes Fred to reverse everything he did and return to the insane asylum.
