Fourth of July Avatar Contest!

Yes, the fourth is comming around again, and it's time for an avatar contest. But this isn't just any old avatar. it must represent two things: Independence Day AND one Cartoon Cartoon. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK SCOOBY DOO AND OTHERS ARE CARTOON CAROONS, THEY ARE NOT! For those that are confused with what is and isn't a Cartoon Cartoon, these are the eligable shows:

Dexter's Laboratory
The Powerpuff Girls
Time Squad
Ed Edd n Eddy
Mike, Lu, and Og
Cow and Chicken
I. M. Weasel
Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?
Johnny Bravo
Grim and Evil
Sheep in the Big City
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Codename: Kids Next Door
(and I will also allow) Samurai Jack

I will give 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each show. Prizes are to be determined, entries MUST be submitted by July 4th, 2003 at 10:00 pm! Winners will be announced on Friday July 11, 2003. You MUST post on THIS THREAD to submit your avatar and you MUST KEEP IT until I have announced the winners. So you guys have one week to enter, and I have one week to judge. Fair? I think so. BTW: I will not be judging my own for a few reasons. First, I will be using more that one Cartoon Cartoon in it. Second, it will be the best, and third, you guys will think it's unfair when I give it best overall. There will be other prizes given out, ones that will not have prizes but will be recorded as winners forever...

so according to this I get the feeling that during the contest your saying your avatar is the best and everyone elses isnt dont see how that will be fair? but I too thought mods could open avatar contests?

I would enter, but I already entered the official patriotic avatar contest with the one I have now....and it's not a CC. What kind of prizes would you give out to the winners anyway? Lemme guess...those orbit toons? I don't know what else it would be since I doubt anyone's going to want to give you their address.
