And to answer your question: I don't think this is necessarily a "pointless" thread (though, granted, its not the most meaningful and thought-provoking thread either). There have been times in the past where a member has changed their name, not announced it, and come in and posted as they always had - and it has caused confusion for those people that don't recognize the person or the new name they switched to. Announcing a name change sometimes prevents confusion later in another thread.

I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time seeing the basic difference between asking an honest question (as Sora Takenouchi did above), and posting antagonistic insults and flamebait (as you did in other threads when you called people "attention whores" and "idiots" - which resulted in your first official warning). I'll be glad to discuss the differences with you in private, so that this thread can get back on track.

As a final word on the subject of your posts here, let me say this: your comments above seem to be clear attempts at stirring up trouble, and baiting me into some sort of argument. In addition to being insulting, your comments here are also off topic. If you continue in this manner in this thread or any other, I will issue you your second official warning.

I have to agree. Even though "attention whore" was a little too much (very little), it does seem like a double standard.

btw, I find these threads pointless too. At least it should have been "General Skarr changing to Skarr~~", so it doesn't sound like an "I'm leaving TZ" thread.. No offense, Skarr~~.

And if you had any intention of following the rules, you wouldn't have persisted in this thread. Your actions speak louder than your words - and your actions seem to indicate that you are looking to cause trouble, rather than really settle the issue. Consider this your second official warning. One more violation, and you're banned.
