As I'm writing this, it's about three-thirty in the morning.
And I have to wake up at seven.
How much sleep do YOU usually get a day?

It depends. Usually I get about 6-7 hours of sleep on weekdays (espically in the fall and spring) and about 8 hours of sleep on weekends (and summers).

Five hours, tops. I like to be in a foul mood, it keeps me focused.

During School: 7-6 hours
During the weekend: 8-4 hours
During summer vacation/any vacation: 10-3 hours
During Summer School: 6-2 hours
My personal longest I have slept without getting up is 12 hrs.

Whenever I can get away with it... 13 hours or more... Consciousness is vastly over-rated, anyway.
EDIT: I should note that, just over a year ago, it wasn't uncommon for me to go three or more nights in a row without so much as an hour of sleep, just to get my college workload done. This often resulted in disturbing hallucinations. Not unexpectedly, I later chose to transfer elsewhere...

I usually get around 7-10 hours of sleep each night, depanding on what day it is. However, today I got about four hours (4:00-8:00). I need coffee. >_<

Some days I'll get five hours, some days I'll get nine hours of sleep. Nothing more, nothing less.

School days: 2-5 to 7, or I've been known to skip days.

Sleep wise for me would be about 5-6 hrs tops. I really don't know how I keep moving or even getting up in the morning. :rolleyes:

My body conditioning is very poor, so I feel pretty tired after a few hours of work and I usually get about 8 hours of sleep a day minimum.
I need to get in shape. I can't rely on youth for energy anymore.
On school days I usually end up with 4 to 6 hours of sleep.
When there's no school, it ranges from 6 hours to like 14 hours, heh.
School: 7-8 hours
Weekend(School): 5-6
Summer: 3-4 or 11-12
