..takes over ALL the CN shows? Can you imagine?:

"Up next, Scooby Doo"
"We know, we air this way too much"
"Just grin and bear it and be glad this isnt a scrappy ep"
"Unless it is"
"In which case you have permission to scream at the tv"

While I don't think that would happen, that would actually be benefical to CN in a way, since now they wouldnt have to pay for more expensive animation to but before and between and after each show. Then again, this new look would probably scare other viewers away faster then a masked monster in the Scooby Doo cannon (not to mention the fact it would take away the uniqueness of the look) which reminds me

Scooby Universe

You're chance to watch you're favorite Scooby Doo shows in one sitting

Seriously, We have nothing better to air here.

Also the Royalties we got from the "Gang" were too good to pass up.

Oh wait, these are just Scooby Snacks.

*$%% Meddlin Kids.

Only by definition.

The AS look isn't "zany" enough to attract kids. To advertise children's shows, minimalism, large amounts of text, relaxing background music, and dry wit won't work. You need goofy looking visual effects, fonts and wipes with bright colors, voice-overs that sound like they're hopped up on opium, cartoon hamsters running around to fast-paced music, and fart jokes.

YOU ARE SAYING IMPUDENCE TO ME THAT IS IMPUDENCE!!

I'm guessing that in the future, Williams Street might do some of these to air during Adult Swim, just for kicks. Like when they advertise "Kids Next Door" or some other Cartoon Cartoon thing during AS sometimes, they use the standard ads...I'm sure that they could slap together a lil' something for the AS audience instead...

Tomorrow night on Code Name: Kids Next Door

Why the Hell Do You Care?

It's on at 8, if you're interested.

...

Freak.

How about this.

Up next,

The Saturday Video Entertainment System

Without all of the video game type of hype we did at first

Why did we call it that in the first place?

We don't know.

Perhaps we just decided to throw a name for a block since some of the shows were derived from popular games.

Specifically Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and .hack//SIGN.

Some of the other stuff were derived from popular toys.

And that's about it.

Now that I can relate to. Why use video games when there are no video game shows, and rarely a review. Whatever. I like the new AS opening, I still prefer the old swimming people, but this is cool too.

Later.

How about this.

Up next,

The Saturday Video Entertainment System etc. etc.

That's one promo thing that I like, and I think they gave it the name because once you get past all the new-kip pop fluff (Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) it's a bunch of cartoons that teenagers/college students grew up watching, hence the 8-bit graphic stylings of the promos.

Or something.

Hi!

The Beats are the Tech Step of the Samurai Jack theme.

Why you ask?

Because

Up Next is Samurai Jack.

You know, Gennedy really wanted to have Jack decapitate something other than robots.

However, the time and cost of digital inserting Cartoon Network standards people proved prohibitive.

Oh well, atleast Matt Groening likes Jack.

Oh yeah, so did the guy we got to do this remix.

That was nice.

Jack's done,
but he'll be back next week.

Up next,

.hack//SIGN

Some of you may be wondering ...

If Tsukasa can't log out,
Then how did he log in?

A good question.

However, we don't know the answer.
So stop bothering us!

Just watch.
