I don't think he's sick, just a bad picture. He isn't wearing makeup (as he is on TV and in movies) and he doesn't have good teeth. Plus his hair is trying to defect from his head to the ceiling.

That picture is the fault of the photographer. He used too strong a flash up close, which is why he looks pale and blotchy. The photographer should have stepped off some to take a picture or used a bounce flash.

As for the hair...that's not the photographers fault, that's just a really bad styling job, he needs to look in a mirror before he walks out in public.
