the first two are funny... the 3rd shows dexter as villianous dictator librarian who gets almost what he deserves. .. mmm, villainy.

y'know, these are good, but don't i just wish that mandark's sister could come back.

so that's his name, dexter's dad, dexter's dad? wiiiiiiiiierd.

nice to see the puppet pals in a cameo....

I've never liked the Chris Savino "Dexters" and these three episodes embodied everything I dispise about them too...

sis-tem Error
At first, it seems they got DeeDee's character right, so, she turns the lab off... But... then seeing her imitate Dexter's Computer and Robot and even Mandark just didn't work... but they gave a good effort. They're still using the bad VA for Dex...

Bad Cable Manners
Another Dad/Dexter episode, this was the best of the three. The antenna antics were funny enough, the channel surfing thing where he kept landing on the same thing wasn't that great, but the jail thing redeemed that. It was nice to see the TV puppet pals again.

Dexter's Library
This episode sucked, it totally and completely sucked. First, Dexter taking books from people just didn't make sense... what is he, the library police?! Dexter becoming the dictator was somewhat predictable and the ending both sucked and blowed, maybe even vomited too...

Failures, Piracy, and Green Ham and Eggs, all Part of Dexter's Laboratory Episode 67 Review.

Since there are three parts in a Dexter's Lab Episode, I will review them in three parts.

"Sis-Tem Error"

The best short of the night. Deedee was great in this episode, acting as Dexter's Computer, Robot, and espically Mandark ("Yes, it is I Deede-er I mean Mandark, hah hah hah *starts coughing*) and so was Dexter (he acted somewhat ignorant to what was going around him though, but that's kind of nitpicking ((and besides, that's the only real problem with the short anyway)) and it was more funny then annoying anyway). I give this part 5 Stars, or an A+.

"Bad Cable Manners"

Another good segment, but just not as high on laughs as the last one. Dexter's Dad really shined here (Trying to get free satillite, his quote "What do pirate have to do with getting cable", his fight with the Cable Company, and then staying in jail to watch all of his channel). Dexter wasn't really that funny here (except where he accidentley said his Dad was an idiot instead of innocent) but the Cable Police were (Like when they entered the house and kept moving around until they're leader stopped them). I would give this one a 4.5 Stars, or an A-

"Dexter's Library"

About on the same level as the last Segment. The best part was probably the beginning where Dexter kept taking all of those kids books away, the Green Ham and Eggs book that kept appearing in the section Dexter got his science books from (although it does beg the question on how it kept appearing on top. I was guessing that Deedee kept moving it around to annoy Dexter, but I can't really prove that) and Dexter getting the worst punishment you can get in the library: Only taking out 4 books a week instead of 5. The rest of it was fine, but the animation was better then the humor there (espically the books falling off the shelves sequence, which show's how the animation can improve over time and be even better then Season 2's) so I would give this another 4.5 or A-.

Overall, Episode 67 get's a 4.5 A from me.

chris savino is the best thing dexter's ever had, some of his direction and episodes involved in are the best yet..

especially the newer ones as well.

Sis-Tem Error

I think this episode was stupid. Just plain stupid funny at parts but not the greatest.

Bad Cable Manners

Suprisingly I didn't like this one either.
Nothin else to say about this one.

Dexter's Library

It was as poor as the others

I voted ***/***** above on the poll but that was a goof.
In my opinion it gets a */*****

1) I either need to get used to Season 4 (Like I could do that :rolleyes: )
2) Fire the writers

I've noticed that season 4 actually USES COLORS! It's not all variations of brown like season 3, and the designs aren't as crappy as season 3 either. Dexter's dad doesn't look as horrible as he did in season 3 either! And the episodes writing wise feel more like older ones too. Season 3 seemed like an excuse to have action in them.
