Sitting Ducks and Pecola talkback Week One

Sitting Ducks was ok, watching Pecola now...

Neither of them are really "great" additions.

I thought Sitting Ducks was pretty good.

Neither show was really half bad. Neither quite captures the charm of Hamtaro enough to make me watch regularly like Hamtaro does, but they aren't bad.

At any rate, it's nice to see some young pre-school/early elementary shows that are actually good. I just have a passionate hate for the Blue's Clues type shows - and I never enjoyed those types of shows even when I was in pre-school. More plot oriented shows like Lil' Bits were the only things to grab my attention, and I think Pecola and Sitting Ducks accomplish that fairly well... again, just not as well as Hamtaro.

The greatness that is Hamtaro will forever live as the benchmark upon which I judge all pre-school shows!

Didn't see the duck one.

Pecola- I watched the "Tornado/Mail Carrier" episode and it was ok. The square head thing is a bit odd, and this is the second CN show that has a rodent/"chu" connection (the other is Pokemon). Is there some connection between the two words, or is it just a weird coincidence?
