Night Owls...

So I'm always up till about one in the morning and I start posting around ten, but I find that no one is really on after about eleven... Am I the only Night Owl or are the rest of you guys just not here?

Um, I notice that not many people post after midnight-ish on weekends, a little more on weekdays. But I'm, here. That tells alot, doesn't it? Jimmy Falon makes a good Eminem.

I'm traditionally a night owl, I'm just usually doing other stuff offline after ten or eleven.

Very much so. Especially at weekends when I'll be around until early morning. Last night was 7.30am - time just flys by through the night - I can never believe where the time goes.

Weekdays I am normally up till at least 2am.

All a shame as I love mornings... but I can't do both.

I can stay up as late as I want, but I still wake up around 7:00. I've never been able to sleep late... and once I get up I can never get back to sleep until that night.

My sleep patterns are extremely variable. Sometimes I'll go to sleep at 10 PM, but more often than not it's well after midnight. Sometimes 3 AM(like last night), sometimes 5 AM, sometimes as "late"(though it's hard to distinguish the point where late becomes early, and where early becomes "oh, screw it") as the afternoon if it's really screwed up that particular day.

I tend to be up late, even on weeknights. I usually don't get to sleep before 2:30am, even when I have to be up around 7ish for class. :yawn:

I tend to hop on and off here around that time.

If I stay up too late, I find it even more difficult to wake up early the next day. It has become a habit for me to wake up early and not go to bed late, even though I dislike waking up early.

Am I a night owl?... hmmm... I usually stay up 'till 2 or three, and three days last week I stayed up 'till 5. does that count?

I don't normally post late at nite until the summer! Because I have to get up at 5:30 to get ready for school! So normally over the summer I don't crash until 5:30 so that's why I'm never on! :D

Sometimes I have a knack of staying up late in the evening/early morning and that is what I have been going through for the past serval days last week untill I started to get to bed at around 6 PM but I know that won't work much longer probbly.

I've been a night owl for quite some time, I just don't post that much during the nightcrawler hours cause no one else does so there's nothing to post about.

I've tried staying up later, a few times till 12 or 1. But I found that not many people were on. Everyone seems to be on in the afternoon and...like normal people...go to bed around 10 or 11. That, and even though I'm 19, my mom would freak if I were normally going to bed past midnight during the week. Course I would be too, since I'm big on getting my sleep. Nothing worse then a cranky Oracle...especially when I have to get up at 4:30 or 5 on some days.

I'm a night owl, and I post late sometimes, but I'm usually using my night owl hours to do social things or other offline stuff.

Maybe we should organize a late-night Toonzone gathering sometime, when all the posters can set aside some 2AM time for the boards. Just a thought.

For me to catch regualars here I have to be up at 2am - which makes me the doppy stupid one while everyone else is still fresh!

I love the night. I find at weekends and I pop to my mothers, I can just sit on all night munching, posting, doing net work and simply chatting to people. It's great. The people are what makes it. I wouldn't stay on if it wasn't for that element. I'm a chatty monster who just can't stop... if there wasn't that element I wouldn't stay up so late - but I only do that at the weekends. Between 1-2 is my natural period where I feel the need to sleep catching me. Let me be, and I'll sleep in, but I hate doing that - you can do so much more awake than you can in your sleep.... :D

I'm usually here pretty late. It seems odd when you get on here really late and notice that there's maybe only 13 people or so on the boards. Once I was on at around 5:00 AM EST and was the only registered person! For some reason, being tired at night isn't as bad for me as being tired in the morning. Mornings make me grumpy...

Sadly I do not have a home computer, so I don't have the opportunity to post. Back when I did, I came in randomly at night or weekends.
Otherwise I'm not much of a night owl anyways, because I have to be up and functional for work. And I think I'm getting old. :P

With the college lifestyle I lead, I stay up very late. :D Usually 12-1-2 am, it all depends on what I have to do or what's on TV.

I usually up until my eyes hurt. I have a lot of stuff to do, and usually when I take my breaks in studying, I come on here and look around, post where I need to, etc.

But I am never on on the weekends, usually. I spend a lot of time away from the computer on those days. :D

Left to myself, I'll stay up til dawn, and sleep in til 4.

However, my classes tend to get in the way, so I can't do that as often :(

I'm a night owl, I'm just not usually online during the late nights often anymore. TZs become pretty much a weekdays only thing for me. I don't usually get online except for a little bit on the weekend anymore.
