Hey, who else likes Cartoon Cartoons? I have made fun of my friend for the past year for loving them, but this summer I really got to sit down and watch them and I realized how funny they really are.
So what are you favorite Cartoon Cartoons?

I enjoy Dexter's Lab, Power Puff Girls, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy. But Courage the Cowardly Dog, Sheep in the Big City, and the newer Johnny Bravo shorts are mediocre and pointless at best. My favorite thing to do is flip the audio on my cable box to Spanish and listen to the dubs to brush up on mi lecciones del espanol...but some of these things are creepy. The voices are weird and high and the sound quality is washed out; plus they translate some of the words really strangely. Elsewhere Rocky and I discuss what they do to The Flintstones...[shudder] I still can't figure out why Betty keeps uttering the words "Cootchie, cootchie" like a cut-rate Charro.
"Ay! Mama! Dexter esta desnudo!"

Some great stuff. Cow and Chicken is incredible. I like Dexter's Lab, The Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo and IM Weasel. I try to get into Ed, Edd and Eddie, I like the art love the music but just can't get into it. Can't stand Sheep in the Big City. Hopefully soon Weasel will return to the schedule. :)

Dexter's Lab is very good! It's my fave CN show...
...and I KNOW I would like Samurai Jack. Just never get to see it...
...everything else really does not intrest me or is sucky...but even the sucky stuff is better than what most other networks have.

My faves are Dexter and Samurai Jack. PPG is good, but I don't think I'd call it one of my faves. The rest all range from okay to just plain bad.
I'm sure JL will be on my list (and many others) come Nov.

I have to admit, I found Samurai Jack strangely.....compelling. I also enjoy PPG 'cause it's so darn funny (though it's very vivid, and not very good for tiny kids). If you cancel out the animation, Sheep in the Big City is pretty funny, though there are quite a few cliches....

Cow and Chicken. Too bad it got cancelled.

Romanesque

In no particular order, Romey's been hooked on...
• Powerpuff Girls
• Dexters Lab
• Samurai Jack
Actually, I just recently got Cartoon Network at home, but I only got to watch it for three weeks before I had to go back to college... and go figure that they don't have CN here. ::sigh::

Dexter, Samurai Jack, PPG are great. They're some of the best animated shows on television today.

You may not like on how I feel about Cartoon Network's home animation, otherwise known as "Garbage Garbages":D
It's really hard to say what is the BEST CARTOON CARTOONS??? But I'll give you my thoughts on topic.
*Pure 100%Crap, **nothing great, ***Yawn, ****Good
COW AND CHICKEN:Just another lame cartoon show attempt to be another "Ren And Stimpy"wannabe. This show counts on gross out toilet gags, which is played out since "Ren And Stimpy.*
DEXTER'S LAB: This show is a pretty good cartoon, the brother/sister feud is a classic and original for a cartoon show.****
JOHNNY BRAVO:This one show that SHOULD be yanked from CN, and it's the same old concept..Johnny meets woman, acts like a pig, this would make any woman want to file a sexual harassment case.Get This Show outta here!!!**
ED, EDD, 'N' EDDY:Clearly this is the WORST cartoon show, the WORST animation, and the WORST toilet humor...The animation is soooo bad, that it makes "THE ROCKY & BULLWINKLE SHOW" look like it was made by the Disney Studios. *
COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG:I simply love the program, and also it is the best "Cartoon Cartoons" currently airing on CN.It the best. ***
And here is the rest of the cartoons...
THE POWERPUFF GIRLS:I'd rather watch the Smurfs. ***
TIME SQUAD:Someone should have traveled back in time to stop the animators from making this cartoon. *
SHEEP IN THE BIG CITY:Yawn, time to go back sleep. *
And I really don't want to go on with the rest of the shows, cause I don't want to make myself get sick!!!!

If "Courage" is your favorite, then why did you give "Dexter" more stars than it? Just curious...

I made a mistake on that one, Courage gets a **** rating...I have tried over the years to get into these cartoons, but sorry gang, I just don't like most of those cartoons.

Dexter's Lab
Courage The Cowardly Dog

People always ask me what my fave cartoon cartoon is and I can't make up my mind....that's why I made up a site with all of them instead of just one ;)
If I had to pick one, it would have to be Dexter's Lab....the Powerpuff Girls.....and I'm really starting to like Grim and Evil.

Not meaning to nitpick, but the latter three are Adult Swim shows.
I'd pick PPG as my choice for best Cartoon Cartoon!

My Favorite Cartoon Cartoons: "The PowerPuff Girls."
I watch it whenever I possibly can; my favorite episodes being:
1. "Meet the Beat-Alls"
2. "Cat Man Do"
3. "PowerProf."
Favorite New Cartoon Cartoon (though it's NOT a "Cartoon Cartoon"):
Samurai Jack
Favorite SJ episodes (so far):
1. "V" (The climactic battle against the bugbots!)
2. "I" (Every new series should have a good beginning...)
3. "III" (...And a slam-bang ending, too.)
Question: Why don't they move SJ to Friday nights at 9?

My faves would have to be the Tartakovsky Trio - Dexter's Lab, PPG, and Samurai Jack. :) I find myself watching Courage sometimes too, it's not too bad.

Dexter's Lab is THE BEST!! :D Every eppy is funny and original...and I can't get enough of the three superoheros-forget thier team name...
...then:
PowerPuff Girls (cute, funny, doesn't let popularity get to its head...)
Johnny Bravo (mostly for his geeky sidekick-I know how that feels...)
...and possibly here Samurai Jack (probably for the seriousness/emotion it's said to have...)
Dexter's Lab is simply amazing The show has variety, it has spirit, and it has fun! Plus, Dexter's robot is insanely cool.
PPG was pretty great when it came out. It was educational AND entertaining. The only problem is that there wasn't much variety...it started to get old.
Cow and Chicken/I Am Weasel were very odd, and that made them very funny. You could always be sure that something wouldn't be right, like that odd, gender-bending father. That red guy was better as the devil in the first episode, though.
Courage is one very twisted show. Who wasn't creeped out by that guy with the razor? This show does get kind of old, too, but you gotta love the style (unless you are only into cartoons that have beautiful people or something).
Johnny Bravo started out to be very cool. Too bad that the second season was the beginning of the end...
Ed, Edd, and Eddy is pretty funny. It almost feels like watching a Squigglevision show. Ed's lines are very cool and very quotable.
Mike, Lou, and Og just didn't interest me. I liked that pirate with the two eye patches, two peg legs, and two hooks, though.
Sheep in the Big City is okay. It could have been better, but it is entertaining enough to watch as is.
Time Squad...I hated the first episode, and it comes on at the same time as Invader Zim (I think). Zim rules! I'll give Time Squad enother chance later...
I haven't been able to catch Grim and Evil yet. Looks like my kind of show, though.

Here my opinions on my favorite shows, and other cartoon cartoons.
PowerPuff Girls: I never bothered to watch it, and I thought it was a big Cash Cow. But when I started watching it, this show's my favorite!
Ed Edd 'n Eddy: Stupid, but hirlarious!
Dexter's lab: Thank god new episodes are coming, I was getting bored of DL 'cuz of the re-runs
Johnny Bravo: The old ones are okay, but the new ones aren't worth watching.
Courage: I can't say I like it, it can be very boring at times.
Grim and Evil: Eh heh heh, no.
Time Squad: The plot stinks, and everything else about it.
And for the Premire Premires, I can't believe you guys voted for "The Kids Next Door." Kitty Bobo should have won.
