Answer: for me right now, it's "Anime Unleashed."

Frankly, I'm disenchanted that Yu Yu Hakasho is being rerun for the third time around. I see no reason for Funimation to keep us viewers hanging on that mysterious girl that Yuske's demon ally has asked the gang to rescue. The elimination of the opening isn't going to help matters either.

I watch Adult Swim Monday thru Thrusday and Anime Unleashed on Friday. It's that easy.

I go to bed after Inu Yasha. I don't get Tech TV here but I did catch one episode of Crest of the Stars and the commercial interuptions made me pine for AS.

Adult swim here, since I may not be able see Tech TV's new thing.

Right now, YYH but once digital cable gets installed here (Saturday) I'll be TiVoing Anime Unleashed in that timeslot

Here, it comes on at 10:00 PM. ^.^ I can watch both, although I don't watch Anime Unleashed because I can't stand the horrendous dub for Crest of Stars.

Neither one, right now. Once Betterman starts on Anime Unleashed, I'll be TiVo'ing it like Vince (must...have...sleep!). But why would I be watching Yu Yu Hakusho? I've already seen all of the episodes they've aired.

Ask me again once they start showing new episodes.

Isn't Anime Unleashed on Fridays and Saturdays only?

I watch the Daily show. Seeing as how Futurama kills my 11 PM showing. As for Tech TV. I don't bother because Crest of the Stars and its dub blows so badly, I gave it up after week 1.

Crest of the Stars has gotten better (a little). I skip YYH and watch Crest of the Stars. I've seen the first run enough times now. It's a good show, but not that good.

When I get my box working I will just record Tech tv on fridays then Action West right after to get even more Anime. (yes, I might be close to a over dose ...... Naaa.)

I watch the back of my eyelids, sometimes a dream or two. Yup.

If I had to pick one, I'd pick Anime Unleashed. I watch the Daily Show over Futurama. Honestly, I like it more and have homework to do at 5:30.

I watch Tech Tv on fridays from 1-3 and watch YYH Monday through Thursday. So I win both ways. Saturdays the only non-anime day for me.

I was going to watch YYH to hear the opening , but since they omitted them, I turn off the TV, post at the boards, and go to sleep (maybe read a comic before then).

I will watch YYH when the new episodes start airing (if they start airing).

COTS is on at 10 here. but I pick Samurai Jack cause I haven't seen all the early episodes yet. So I just record it on Fridays. though I never actually watched my tapes yet :|

Grr... I'd watch Crest of the Stars if I got TechTV. I've seen small parts of it on DVD and loved it - even the dub wasn't that bad.
But, until my cable provider actually acquires decent channels besides CN, it's Yu Yu Hakusho reruns for me...

I record Adult Swim Mon- Thurs and record Anime Unleased on Fridays since it's a 3 hour marathon of all the eps they showed through the week. Then I watch all my anime on the weekends, so I'm a pretty happy camper. :D

Well, in the great state of Arizona, the "Fudged Up Time Zone State," Anime Unleashed comes on at 11 pm and Adult Swim comes on at midnight, so there's no conflict. But I skip Yu Yu anyway. What can I say, not a fan.

I'll watch both, if necessary (I love my VCR), but as long as YYH is in reruns I have no reason to watch it. Hell, when Tech TV starts up Lain I'm not watching that either, I own those DVDs.

I'm watching Tech TV, well really I'm taping it because I hit the sack after IY is over. I need my beauty sleep  .... but in all reality the best time to actually watch it is the weekends, that is if you're not out having a life.

Excuse me? Are you really stupid enough to be blaming this on Funimation? Please tell me that was a typo!

I'll tape on ep of Lain on the TV downstairs in my living room. If I like it, I'll tape both it and AS. Otherwise, AS all the way.

I watch both Lupin III and Inu Yasha. After that, I go to sleep.

I used to get Tech TV, but my crappy cable company took it away.

Until the sun rises on a world without Adult Swim Action* (or Tech TV starts airing anime that surpasses that of CN), I will switch to a satelite service.

::shrugs::...Except the first 4 episodes of a new show on TechTV, all the other episodes are shown on Friday first...so i watch them as soon as i can which is usually on Friday. I don't even bother to watch Yu Yu hakusho because i don't care for repeats much o.o...

You bet I do. That's been their history, squeezing out the episodes of a series a few episodes at a time, which is why a lot of people got tired of constant Dragonball Z reruns (they're doing the same thing with Dragonball). Other anime providers don't tend to do this sort of thing (the screwy handling of Zoids' three seasons is the closest I've seen to the Fumination way of doing things). We may not have gotten all of Tenchi Muyo multiverses, but the 65 episodes we did get, we got all at one time. Any Gundam series we got, we got all at one time (with the infamous exception of Mobile Suit Gundam, and that wasn't because the closing episodes weren't available). Aside from having to wait quite a while for the closing episodes of the SMR season, Sailor Moon fans got all the episodes of each season pretty much at one time. So far, we seem to be getting Inuyasha all at once. We got 52 episodes of Hamtaro, and meanwhile Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh have churned out episodes at a decent pace.

Look, we're not talking about Digimon, Medabots or Monster Rancher, in which dubbers tried to keep up with seasons as they were being made in Japan. We're not talking about shows still making new episodes in Japan, like Inuyasha, Hamtaro, Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon. DBZ and YYH are shows that have already been in the can for years, and there's no reason a producer on the schtick shouldn't be able to dub 65 episodes at one time. I'd be willing to wager that Adult Swim viewers will see a lot more new Inuyasha and new Lupin III episodes than they will see new Yu Yu Hakasho episodes in 2003.

HAHAHAHA!

Funimation has already dubbed that next set of episodes! However, CN hasn't bought them yet. So next time, pal, check before you shoot your mouth off...

I'd like to watch the TechTV shows, but the time is in the way.

If it aired at 1:00am likke out east then it'd be no problem. However, where I live it airs at 10:00pm, when everyone else in the family want's to watch TV. It's difficult to talk my family into watching anime when I have my own TV in my room (but I don't have the digital cable box), especially when my old man wants to watch some John Wayne flick on AMC (seriously, they MUST have the John Wayne Movie on at 10).

However, since I tape AS anyway, if I lived out east, I'd be able to watch BOTH. And that's the only way I'd have it!

EDIT: You know, I'm not the smartest cookie in the bunch, but it seems to me that if you're not watching TechTV, you live out west, or you don't get it, and you want new YYH, then you ought to turn it on anyway, even if you've seen it a gajillion times (how much IS a gajillion?). If the show gets good enough ratings, then maybe CN will buy the rest of the episodes.

But then again, maybe I haven't a clue and I'm talking outta my arse.

(I wonder if taping counts?)

Failed to dub, failed to sell...doesn't make any difference which it is, the point is Funimation failed to make enough episodes available to CN to stand up to daily running. And running the same few episodes of a series into the ground can badly hurt prospects of seeing later episodes. It probably killed Monster Rancher, and probably stunted Zoids' success.

Damn skippy. Funi has only made about 4 more yyh dvds 12 or 14 eps. That aint enough for a season and how long have they had to get this done?

You people are idiots! Do you even know how many series' funi is working on right now. THEY HAVE ONE STUDIO and they are working on YYH, DBGT, Fruits Basket, now One Piece and the end of Dragonball. It takes AT LEAST A WEEK to properly dub a full episode of a TV series well. These are not short shows, and these are professional dubs done with professional actors. This is not quick work and it's a good thing you morons who have no knowledge of how working on on anime works run these companies. Besides, they have been done with the Dark Tournament episodes for a while now. It's not their fault Cartoon Network haven't purchased the episodes.

Is "Serial Experiments Lain " a really weird show, or did I not give it a chance? I watched one episode of this on TechTV (They were showing quite a few episodes that day) and to me it was somewhat freaky.
