Would anybody happen to know where I can find pictures of it ? I'm interested in making some, but I'd like to know what it looks like before I do so.
And, if anybody here has ever had any, how does it taste ?

I'm guessing you're talking about the Chinese dessert which is called anin dofu in Japan (where I had it many times). You can find a mix package at an Asian food store. It's simple to make - just like Jello.
I love it. If you like Jello on the one hand, and stuff like almond pastries or marzipan on the other, then you'll probably like it. Of course you should mix some fruit in with it.

Everbody loves jell-o (and if you don't, shut up) = everybody loves anin dofu.
Thanks.
