When he was in the Kenny and Chimpy cartoon. Did you notice Kenny and Chimpy had a very brief cameo in "No P in the Ool"?

It was a What A Cartoon back in 1998 about a boy and his pet chimp who were put in charge watch XXXL's science lab. Chimpy kept on messing with certain diseases that effected Kenny such as Swine Flu and Slelmanella Fitzgerald.

for he truly is a funny cartoon character.. he's an adult and a mad scientist, and yet he's fat, a little dumb, and he even hates the PTA.. truly an unstereotypical mad scientist!
