Well, the first episode certianly was different. Number 4 must be the only child in his family, resulting in his dad taking him to "bring your daughter to work" day. Unbeknownst to the workers, the boss wants to send all their daughters to Pluto on A rocket ship. Number 3 provides A nice comic foil for Number 4, and it was an interesting change of pace having two members instead of all five. The second was pretty good, too. It was A pleasant surprise to see the return as Professor XXXL. (From "Kenny & The Chimp") Kudos to Frank Welker for reprising his role as the half shelled professor.

Operation: O.F.F.I.C.E

Numbah Four's dad looks and sounds like a real loser. Obviously intentional. Wonder what his mother's like...

Well, we all said that 'Wally' would be a real lady-killer, right?

I saw the 'twist' coming a mile away.

The interaction between Three and Four in this was great. Got to see her acting semi-hardcore for once. Wonder if she'll ever have a full-on 'Hardcore Bubbles-style' episode?

**** - and try not to think about the Rainbow Monkey theme too much, or it'll get stuck in your head.

Operation: A.R.T.I.C.

The turtle-shell baddy looks familiar... Does this mean we'll see a cameo of his lackeys sometime?

So there are other agents around, and Numbah 30C was one of them - just kind of a bad example.

Again with a semi-focus on Numbah Four! This was his episode, I suppose. Not as huge a focus as O.F.F.I.C.E., though.

The ending had a real unfinished feeling to it. C'mon, what happens next? Will it be addressed in a later ep, or - more likely - will it be left hanging, and we never get to see a resolution?

*** - and FINISH it already!

So... Good eppy for Numbah Four lovers! :knd4:

Now when does Numbah One get a special focus? I mean, c'mon, I thought he was the leader here! :knd1:

It['s my new fave episode of the series so far, and I also like on how #4 is getting good intention in BOTH episodes as well. In the first one he & #3 show good chemistry. (*And I wonder if they will ever develop that. ;) j/k I'm JUST kidding but still...) But despite all of my joking they still do show good chemistry. And the second one featured a very suprising ending that I actually never saw coming. So overall this one is quite possibly my fave.

(*= Okay YES I know that the series will most likely not do ANYTHING remotely close on what I'm referring so I am well aware of that. But for some strange I'm intrested to see what they'll do IF they did something like that, meant for humor of course. But personally I do think that would be intresting comic material.)

LOL! Oh I know that #4 has quite the potential for being the "playah" in the series. Sure he may not be even trying to be so but still. ;) And it was intresting to see #3 more serious-minded as well. And its a good thing that she isn't devious nor nasty otherwise she can be able to find other ways to make him get the girls out of here.

What do you make of this little bit from A.R.T.I.C.? Beware of paraphrasing, but I'm pretty sure it went...

30C: That Numbah Three's kinda cute, isn't she?
Four: Grrr...

Kinda cute, in an odd way. But I don't think they'll develop it - 'cept maybe for humor. That'd be the best way to play it, right?

Lets see here..

Operation: O.F.F.I.C.E. Was pretty damn good. It was hilarious watching #4 get bounced around in that evil corporate ship thing.
It also showed us that #3 ISN'T a COMPLETE flake after all.
(I don't think 3 and 4 are going to have a relationship... She seems like to much of a flirt, to me.)

Operation: A.R.C.T.I.C. was the best... we see that apparently, KND is a worldwide group, as #30°C demonstrated.
The whole metric reference was just great, and #5's commentary on #30°C's betrayal, short but sweet, was hilarious.
And the cliffhanger ending blew me away... I thought KND was as cliche as they come, and then WHAM, instant surprise.
The surprise cliffhanger is a GOOD sign for KND... it shows us that the show CAN be spontaneous at times,
and that Tim Warburton DOES plan to give the show some plot development.

And BTW, FIRST POST HERE AT TOONZONE! Ph33r me! PH33R ME!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That IS the best way of course.

The first episode was without a doubt the best episode of KND so far. If they have more episodes like this where they focus on one or two characters instead of the entire group, this would be an excellent show. Very entertaining with the whole "daughters" sequence and their fascination with those Rainbow Monkey dolls and the possible video game. The villain was ok, but the two KND members and the daughters made the villain better.

Overall grade: A-

The second episode felt like a typical episode. Best moments were the "Missiles Are Closer than they Appear" caption on the mirror and the ending with the villain mixup. Everything else was mediocre like most of the KND episodes (The only other two episodes I liked were the ones with Knightbace and the one with the Hamster wheel).

Overall grade: C

The show overall is ok with some good and some bad. I like it more than Whatever Happened to Robot Jones.

It was an extremly good episode. I'm starting to like the show. I wonder if we'll see Kenny and the Chimp in future episodes. Go :knd1: .

Yay! a Numbah Four-centric episode! :knd4:

I loved all the character development he got. Him and Numbah 3, who in today's episode showed she doesn't lack seriousness as much as we thought. An interesting foil too, when Numbah 4 was going to abandon the girls he seemed to show Three a certain level of respect, concidering she was one of those "rainbow monkey obessed freeks."

the second one was ok. More Four goodness, but i could tell 30c wasn't really from the artic from all the comments he made. (IE Mango soda, saying aloha) But seeing prof. XXXL again made it better. but didn't he have a claw?

"Was that ministroni?" :knd1:

overall a good episode. i'm still a fan.

Numbuh 4

I loved them both, mainly because of :knd4:. Yay!
"Stupid penguin, stupid girls, stupid bring your daughter to work day!"
I kinda expected Numbuh 3 to be in the first one, i was reading a preview for a later episode and it said she liked quote un-quote Rainbow Monkeys.

Anyone notice that the clock in Numbuh 4's dad place moved counterclockwise? Anyone, Anyone?

I thought 30C was going to be Kenny & the Chimp. Really I did. Hey, quit laughing...

Ok i'm done now :p
