Based on what I have calculated, these should be the main villains to be repped Tuesday Night during the "New Years' Eve-il" block on Cartoon Network (as well as a particular set of somewhat-baddies that appear on Nickelodeon after that to wrap up 2002.
8:00 PM "Dexter's Laboratory"- Mandark
8:30 PM "Powerpuff Girls"- Mojo Jojo and the 'Beat Alls', and other 'Townsvillains' on the show
9:00 PM "Pokemon: Indigo Saga"- Team Rocket
9:30 PM "Yu-Gi-Oh!"- Maximillion Pegasus
10:00 PM "Samurai Jack"- Aku
10:30 PM "Powerpuff Girls" REMIXES- See 8:30 PM above
AND THEN....
11:00 PM CATDOG- Rancid Rabbit, and maybe the Greasers also.
In case you don't know, CN is planning to have their later evening "Powerpuff" shows be more of a 'Remix', combining one short from one ep and a differnt short from another ep. I can't believe CN has to resort to a 'Remix' routine for one of their best series. Oy!

By the way, let's hope Nick airs "CatDog and the Great Parent Mystery" Wednesday afternoon with the original end credit sequence and NOT that jerk split screen crappy routine done at the end of most of their awful shows as well as "CatDog"! We viewers want to have this movie taped to perfection. And with the possibility of uninterrupted perfomance, let's see if Nick can give us that CatDog movie the way it's supposed to be viewed, ORIGINAL END CREDITS AND ALL!
