Since it's a small list, I'll add it with my own
Anime VS Manga for YYH.

THis ep really deviated from the manga version. If the anime version had followed the manga closely for this ep, then the whole fight would've ended in 10 seconds or less.
Plus, the manga version of Hiei is just so much cooler in this ep.
Hiei didn't run away at all from Seiryu's blast, he went straight to Seiryu. Basically the fight between Seiryu and Hiei is just the samurai sequence without all those running thing.
And other than that, Seiryu didn't die vaporized, his body was slashed to bits by Hiei, blood, gore, body parts, and all that.
Yep, I preferred the manga version of the fight myself, but I guess that would be too short a fight for the animation version.
