Here's the edit list for last week's Gundam 0080, as I finally picked up volume 2. And you better be damn thankful for what's coming in this list! :P

HOOOOLYYYYYY JEEZ!!! That list took 90 ****ING MINUTES TO DO?!?! That was probably the most edited episode in the history of TV Gundam. Williams Street really had their hands full with the buckets and buckets of blood they mopped up from that episode. So for reassurance, Garcia committed suicide, and the captain is dead. And CN made sure you didn't see any of it.

So that's what happened to Garcia. I knew he got himself killed, but man, I didn't think it was that damn bloody.

CN should have re-edit 0080 for Adult Swim when they have the chance!

The blood they left in DBZ isn't anywhere near as much as in Gundam. People got shot in the face with guns, not hit with super energy blasts. It's a very big difference. Plus, CN doesn't edit Gundam or DBZ, so they can't re-edit it without buying the uncut version and paying people to edit it to an adult swim level. It seems like a waste of an awful lot of money.

They editted 0080, but that's besides the point. CN doesn't feel that purchasing the uncut version of 0080 is worth it, considering that it is only going to be on the air for a month. It's just too much money for CN to be interested.
